Ideal house for several families, school classes, groups and organizations, who want to go on a vacation together. The self catering house offers you the possibility to organize your day the way you want to. The high quality kitchen with dish washer enables the fast and uncomplicated cooking and cleaning. In the living room, by the fire, you can have nice conversations or just relax. The rooms are large, partially with their own bathrooms. There is a hobby room, a sauna and a fitness room in the house. TV is available. Finkenried means vacation with friends. This is a wonderful, old farmhouse, in the middle of woods. It is self standing and has views upon the fields and the woods. All the rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and large. The tiled stove in the living room creates a nice atmosphere. The open kitchen and the large dining room offer enough possibilities for you to come in touch with the other guests. TV is available.

Finkenried has 170 m² and it is a really large and comfortable vacation apartment. On the first floor, there is the house of a former Bavarian isolated farm, and from the large balcony, you have a wonderful view over the fields and the woods, up to the ruin of Weissenstein. The apartment has 2 large bathrooms, 5 large bedrooms, 1 living room with roof truss and tiled stove, and a large dining room with open built-in kitchen. The tiled stove creates a warm atmosphere in the living and in the dining room. Moreover, the floor heating and the heaters in the bathrooms keep everything warm. The living room and the hallway are covered with Italian plates, the rooms have carpeting. The bathrooms are fully tiled. There is a TV in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with dish washer, refrigerator and freezer, electric stove with oven, mixer, coffee machine, toaster, etc. Besides, there is also a washing machine. There is garden furniture in the open air.

Schlossau is located on a cliff in the middle of the Bavarian Wood, surrounded by woods and crossed by the river 'Schlossauer Ohe', which meanders around the cliff. The property offers the ideal combination of peace and relaxation, with many leisure activities within close vicinity. The Sun house is the central building on the estate, Finkenried is an isolated farm, self standing and surrounded by woods. You can hike, jog, and bike. You are also allowed to fish and haunt on the property. In the winter, you can play curling stone, skate or enjoy the landscape from a sleigh. The skiing regions 'Rusel' or 'Geisskopf' are only 15 minutes away and offer the Alpine skiers many slopes with different levels of difficulty. Cross-country skiing on well-marked cross-country runs is also possible on 'Rusel' or in Bischofsmais, a beautiful Lower Bavarian town, 10 minutes away. On 'Arber' and on Bretterschachten, there are further fantastic skiing possibilities.

Wer ihn Ruhe mit Freunden und Kindern Urlaub machen möchte, fern ab von allem Trubel, ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt ums Haus rum "nur" Wald und Wiesen, aber unsere Kinder (3, 8, 10, 13) haben sich nicht einmal gelangweilt und man höre und staune auch nicht einmal gefragt, ob sie fernsehen dürfen. Sie waren die ganze Zeit mit sich und der Natur (und den netten Kindern der Vermieter) beschäftigt.
Owner's Response: Es freut uns, dass die Familie sich in der Einöde Finkenried oberhalb unserer Ferienanlage "Forstgut - Zeit für einander" so wohlgefühlt hat.Die Kunst des Nichtstuns sorgte für eine gute Entspannung und es freut uns, wenn das Forstgut mit seinem Claim "Zeit für einander" genau diese Urlaubsform unterstützt.

Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, mitten im Wald mit schöner Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es war sauber und gepflegt. Konnten im Garten grillen und die Ruhe genießen.Wurden von den Vermietern gut betreut, zum Frühstück gab es frische Semmeln. Vom Ferienhaus konnte man schöne Wanderungen machen und Feizeitattraktionen waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es hat uns gut gefallen wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Traumurlaub für Kinder und Eltern in der Natur

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern im Alter von 1 bis 7 Jahren dort und haben eine sehr erholsame Woche abseits von allem Trubel erlebt. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz zum Spielen, Zurückziehen, gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr persönlich und Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt. Trotz der Alleinlage sind die Einkäufe sehr gut zu erledigen. Es gibt viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Unsere Kinder (und wir) haben die direkte Lage im Wald und an Wiesen genossen (kein Verkehr, Natur pur). Wir kommen sicherlich nochmal wieder!!!

Die Einöd Finckenried war ein toller Ort um sich zu Erholen.
Der Zustand war äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Besonders zu Loben war der Grill und die sehr großen Zimmer. So war es für uns 11 Personen ideal. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und man konnte sich gut mit ihnen unterhalten. Auch die schöne Aussicht ist weiterzuempfehlen.
Besonders Empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern ist das Rodelparadies und das Deggendorfer Schwimmbad.
