Brand new single story 5-bedroom villa with air conditioning and swimming pool, located in a peaceful semi rural area in Olhos de Água, but still close to several shops, restaurants, supermarket, bank and the beach. The combination of rural setting and proximity to the beach and attractions/amenities along the main road in Olhos de Água, make this villa a very special one and ideal for any taste. Its fairly large plot comprises a swimming pool with steps and outside shower, a covered built in barbecue area with sink and a garden laid down to lawn. The property is enclosed by a wall and 3 gates mark its entrance: 1 leading to a large driveway with parking space for several cars, 1 leading to the underground garage and a smaller one for pedestrians (with intercom). 2 entrance halls - Lounge and dining area with satellite LCD TV and patio doors to pool area - Fully equipped kitchen - 5 bedrooms (3 double, 2 twin) - 4 bath/shower rooms (2 are en suite and 1 is wheelchair friendly

Nearest amenities are: beach:1 km; restaurant: 800m; supermarket: 800m; golf course (Balaia Golf Village): 2 km; shopping centre (Albufeira Shopping): 3,5km. Albufeira old town: 4km. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season; Marina (Albufeira): 6 km.

Golf: The Balaia Golf Village is just 5 minutes drive away. The Algarve is well known for the diversity of its golf courses. There are more than 30 all over the region.

Fabulous holiday in a fabulous villa

We have just returned from a fabulous weeks holiday in this lovely villa and will absolutely be returning again next year.
We travelled as a large family with 3 young children and found the location of the villa to be perfect. It's in a quiet location yet easily in walking distance from shops, bars and lovely restaurants and the beach.
The villa is very spacious, clean and modern and has a beautiful outdoors with BBQ area. We felt very secure here with the electric gates and intercom entry which was perfect with having young children.
I honestly can not praise this villa enough.
With its 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms all in a bungalow type setting it really is a perfect home from home place to go with a family and children.
Thank your for a lovely holiday and we will be back next year

myself and family stayed in this villa for the week. accommodation was of very good quality. large living and bedroom spaces ideal for family of all ages. pool was of good size but water was very cold for the time of year to be expected I suppose. facilities were good although washing machine and shower leaked. owners very friendly and accommodating.location was quiet but had supermarket and travel shop within walking distance where we booked our day trips from. restaurants were on the quiet side and not very plentiful maybe this is different during summer time. we cooked and ate in villa most nights. I would recommend this villa as the owners and rental company were very good and although it is in quiet area we were very close to albufeira.
