Cosy single storey villa, located in the well known residential estate of Quinta dos Álamos, within 5 min. walk of the charming village of Guia, with several restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and close to AlgarveShopping, one of the biggest shopping centres of the Algarve. Albufeira town and some of the Algarve’s nicest beaches, like Galé, São Rafael, Salgados and S. Lourenço, amongst others, are located within a few minutes drive.

The property is completely walled and a large entrance with automatic gate leads to a cobbled driveway up to the back of the villa (entrance). The fenced pool area with outside shower, brick built barbecue, sink and covered terrace with sitting / dining area is located at the front. The villa has air-conditioning in all bedrooms (for cooling and heating).

This villa is located just outside Guia, 1 km from the village centre with several good value restaurants (capital of chicken piri-piri) supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, pastry, 1 km from Sir Cliff Richard's villa and vineyards(winery tours can be booked) and within a short drive of many top quality beaches, golf course and Albufeira town.

1 km. The largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with hypermarket, shops, restaurants, Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling;

The Algarve is well known for the diversity of its golf courses. In the moment there are more than 30 all over the region.

Great holiday in a cosy villa

Our holidays in this beautiful single storey villa were simply amazing. Set in a really nice and very peaceful housing estate with green areas, within walking distance of the charming village of Guia, with quality restaurants, supermarket, banks, cake shops, pharmacy and a pub and within a very short drive to Zoomarine and Algarve Shopping, one of biggest shopping centres in the region and a 7 min. drive from some of the Algarve's best beaches.

The villa was very clean and well equipped and the garden and pool were very well maintained. The local management company cared for us extremely well, providing useful information about the property and local area and responding quickly to all our requests and questions.

This is the third time we book with this agency (Algarve Holiday Rentals) and the service has always been excellent. We will definitely book with them again.

We would recommend this property to everyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a peaceful area, yet close to all facilities.
