MILES OF WHITE SAND BEACH, SECLUSION AND ALL THE COMFORTS ONE COULD WANT

My husband and I went to North Caicos for the day to look for places to stay on a future trip. This place was the only option from slim pickings but what an amazing choice! The small beach is beautiful and the house couldn't be more private as it's the only house on the beach. Perfect & idealitic vacation spot. If you're considering this rental don't hesitate and snap it up. From someone who's been there you won't be disappointed. We have a lot of experience staying in island beach rentals and this is a gem. Enjoy!

My partner and I stayed here for a really wonderful week and we just didn't want to leave. The four poster beds as so comfortable and we really loved sleeping with the shutters open so we could hear the waves all night. Other than Joseph and Regine who look after the house we didn't see another person on the beach, which was just the peace and tranquility we'd been after. The wildlife is really and truly amazing. I just love the little black lizards on the boardwalks and a white sea eagle came by in the afternoons. Snorkeling is soooo tempting! There are millions of fish on the reef, but you need to book a boat to take you out. There is also great snorkeling around the three small islands down the beach that you can swim out to, but don't go past number two as there's a strong current. If you rent a car, best make it a jeep, as the road to the house is rough, but like us you probably won't want to leave the villa!

The 3 Marys villa is an incredible property with a stunning, unique location. If you want a holiday where you truly "get away from it all" and are "off the grid," it's hard to think of a more ideal place than here. One can spend an entire day walking on the beach, swimming or snorkelling, windsurfing or just lying on the sand or by the pool taking in the sun and the views without seeing anyone not travelling with you. It's hard to overestimate just how splendidly isolated and tranquil this location is - yet the stunning natural beauty of the Caribbean and its marine life - especially the incredible fish, eels, etc. around the cays - and the variety of outdoor activities available mean than one is very unlikely to be bored here. Even on the occasional rainy day, watching the drops fall on the dunes and the sea while reading a book on a chaise under the covered & screened porch of your "pod" is blissfully relaxing.
The layout of the property allows each of the 3 residential buildings or "pods" to have complete privacy from one another and contain all amenities one needs (apart from a kitchen): full bathroom and storage space, individually controlled air conditioning or fully-screened windows on all four sides of the building for fresh-air ventilation, and a screened porch with two chaises longues in front of each, and very comfortable bedding. Because each building is connected to an independent boardwalk, it is possible to go to the kitchen in the living "pod" in the middle of the night without disturbing anyone you are travelling with who's staying in another pod; likewise, if you wake up earlier than your friends, you can use the pool or get down to the beach for an early-morning dip without waking anyone else up.
Despite its isolation on North Caicos - where there are no supermarkets, few paved roads, and only a couple of eateries - Parrot Cay with it's famous luxury resort & spa is only a short ferry-ride away, while the main island, Provo, is further but offers many amenities and several crossings per day.
