|Minimum Stay||2 - 4 nights|
This lovely home is loaded with amenities to entertain a whole group. Bring your extended family, come with a group of golf buddies or friends from work, and you're guaranteed to have a great time!
The fun starts in the spacious great room, where everyone can gather to watch TV or sit around the fireplace. Speaking of TVs, there's one in every room in the house so all generations can see what they want, or golf fans can watch a tournament while baseball lovers cheer on their team. One bedroom even features PlayStation for kids of all ages.
If you like something more active, you'll find foosball in the garage, plus bicycles to explore all over Sunriver. 7 Awbrey Lane is just across the road from Fort Rock Park, where you can play on the tennis courts, the basketball courts or the playing fields. The home is also close to other action, including the amazing aquatic center due to open Memorial Day, 2012. You get 10 free passes to SHARC, with its pools, play areas, year-round tubing hill and much more.
Back at the house, prepare your meals in the well appointed kitchen and eat in the handsome dining area, or use the barbecue and dine al fresco on the fabulous deck. You'll love the unscreened hot tub that offers a view of the wooded surroundings - a real treat because most hot tubs in Sunriver are screened off.
This single-story home includes four tasteful bedrooms and two baths. Three of the bedrooms feature queen beds, and the fourth one has bunk beds and a trundle bed. The layout offers privacy and is convenient for any guests with limited mobility. You're also welcome to bring up to two dogs with you, though be aware that a $10 nightly, per-pet fee (with a $40 minimum per stay) will apply.
7 Awbrey Lane accommodates your entire gang in style - and you can even your family dog. Whether you come here for a winter getaway or for fun in the sun, this will quickly become your favorite vacation home!

Family and friends had a great time for my wife's birthday celebration. Large, clean, quiet (except as noted below), very nice overall, with one or two minor exceptions:
The hot tub area has *no* lighting, at least as far as I could find. (I hope I didn't just miss something, but I'm pretty sure!) Eventually we left the blinds open in the master bedroom, which is right next door, but that was kind of weird. And this darkness actually led to my sister-in-law tripping over the stair to the tub and breaking a tooth and hurting her shoulder! (Before we figured out about the bedroom light, that is.)
Also, with the hot tub immediately next to the master bedroom, the noise was rather bothersome. At times it was *really* loud. If you have problems with this kind of noise (I don't but my wife does) then you may not want to stay here. I couldn't find any way to turn the thing off - I'm guessing that you can't, which makes sense - and even considered popping the circuit breaker for it, but instead my wife slept on a couch for one night, till she could get to sleep.
That makes things sound bad, but we totally would consider staying here again!
The house was great. Exactly as advertised. We were a group of 3 adult couples and 1 dog and there was plenty of room for all of us. The living area was very comfortable with lots of good seating for everyone. Our visit was a little disappointing because there was no snow - but that had nothing to do the house or Vacasa! Our only recommendation about the home would be to replace the frying pans - the non-stick coating is chipped and starting to come off into the food when used. Otherwise, the home was extremely well equipped. We would definitely come back. Vacasa staff was great to work with.
The home was spacious and comfortable for a family of six (two adults and four teenagers). Close to Fort Rock park where the kids could walk and enjoy plus just a short ride to the SHARC center. The only negative that I have is the nails to the deck kept lifting up which could be a potential toe getter.
