Photos and Description of the Prela vacation house rental

Casa Rosa gets its name from its color and is furnished for 4-6 people. The ground floor is made up of a light-flooded living room with an integrated kitchen, a bathroom with a tub and a double bedroom that, just like the living room, has access to the lower patio. Through an open staircase you can get to the gallery with a cozy sleeper-sofa. From there you can get to the upper bedroom with a stunning view of the whole valley and another patio with deck chairs, a table and chairs. In front of the house is a seat with a walled grill under an olive tree. The basement of the house is used by the renting family. 100m from the house is a 4x10 m swimming pool that can be used by our guests. We would be glad to provide a crib. A washing machine can be used upon prior arrangement.

Molini di Pelá stands for pristine Liguria: sea and beach, nature and mountains, culinary highlights and the real Italian life. It is still protected from mass tourism. La Mola is located about 1 km from the village in the middle of a sunny olive grove. We, a German-Italian pair, live with our three children in the neighboring building and produce wonderful olive oil.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Electricity, water, gas and bed sheets are included in the price. The costs for central heating are separately charged. For final cleaning we charge 60€ per booking. For a stay of three weeks you will get a 10% discount on the third vacation week. All prices are for bookings of up to 4 people. For a booking with more than 4 people, we will charge 25 € per week per person. Also, babys and small children count as individual people. For pets, we also charge a non-recurring fee of 20 €.
  • Arrival on Saturday between 16:00 and 19:00, departure on Saturday earlier than 10:00.

Notes: Near the house on an olive patio where you will find a small paradise for children: a playground with a large trampoline, sand boxes, a swing and foosball are open to our guests' children. Somewhat further away you will also find a soccer field on the property.

Hat unsere Erwartungen deutlichübertroffen: Sehr geschmackvoll gestaltetes Haus, das Zimmer im ersten Stock mit seiner Aussicht und Tereasse geradezu überwältigeng.Sauber und gepflegt, reichhaltige Bibliothek.Austattung ok und sauber., Malerisch in den Olivenhainen gelegen, lädt zu Wanderung oder Mountainbike ein - in die Stadt / Strand sind es rund 25 mi, aber man sollte keine Angst vom Autofahren haben. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Abwicklung hat trotz Super-Lastminute-Buchung ohne Probleme geklappt. Klima im Herbst noch sehr Mild, baden möglich. Feinschmecker sollten den Besuch bei "Mama" in Prela nicht versäumen, hervorragende 12 Gänge zu akzeptablem Preis. Imperia selbst allerdings nicht so der Renner. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Angaben und Bilder aus dem Online Inserat waren sehr korrekt.
Die Unterkunft war sauber. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr gut betreut und mit guten Tips versorgt. Wir würden das Domizil jederzeit weiterempfehlen, an Menschen die Kombination aus Ruhe und Nähe zu Stadt und Meer schätzen.

Schoenes Haus (insbesondere 1. Stock) unter dt. Leitung mit super tollen Tipps für Unternehmungen und Lokalen. Broetchenservice und kleiner aber schoener Pool. Ruhige, idyllische Lage mit tollem Blick.
