PERFECTLY LOCATED AND VERY COMFORTABLE

The apartment was nearly perfect for the needs of our six-member family during our four-day stay in Porto. It is well laid-out, with the bedrooms comfortably large, the bathrooms nicely appointed, and the living room spacious. The little reading nook off the living room is an especially nice touch. The apartment is wonderfully airy and bright. The kitchen was entirely functional and well equipped. The location, just two short blocks from the Praça Liberdade, was fantastic; the only drawback was the parking situation (we left our car in a public garage, and the cost for four days' parking was nearly 125 euros!). It's easily walking distance to the old section of the city, as well as to shopping areas (along Santa Catarina street). It's also very convenient to public transportation. The apartment itself is very reasonably priced, certainly much less expensive that a comparable Lisbon apartment. Ana, the owner, is very accommodating, arranging her schedule to meet us as we arrived, taking time to point out a number of things we might be interested in seeing, and making us feel very welcome. She is clearly very proud of her city, and eager that her guests enjoy it fully. We certainly did! I enthusiastically recommend this apartment--it was perfect for our family (two parents, three adult children, one son-in-law), and would be very good for families with younger children as well.

If you want to visit Porto, charming town, I recommende you to rent this apartment.
Plaisant place, nice apartment and very kindly owner;
You don't need of a car, because you are next to all the commodities ( bus, tram, tube...).
You just have to walk and to visit.

GORGEOUS APARTMENT

i stayed in this flat for several weeks while working in porto and can highly recommend it.

The decor is simple and elegant, everything in the flat is new, having been recently refurbished.

The location is perfect, just round the corner from the main square and close to the cafe's and bars of the university area. Porto's main metro stop is just a five minute walk away making it very convenient to get anyplace in the city and also to the airport.

The wifi is fast and reliable so you can check your email or surf the www at high speeds.

Overall I can say my experience in the apartment was first rate. In fact, my only problem was finding time to myself; none of my visitors wanted to leave!

Cómodo, limpio, luminoso y muy bonito. Ubicado a cinco minutos de la parada de metro que llega del aeropuerto y de los monumentos principales.
Con tiendas para comprar a la vuelta de la esquina y bares de ambiente agradable para tomarse algo.

SOGGIORNO MERAVIGLIOSO

Non posso che confermare tutti i giudizi positivi precedenti. L’appartamento è veramente comodo, bene arredato e molto pulito, vicinissimo alla fermata della metro Trindade . Dall’appartamento si possono raggiungere a piedi le maggiori attrazioni di Porto ed il più grande e bel mercato della città, Bolhao. L’appartamento si trova in una strada facile da raggiungere e le camere da letto danno su un cortile interno e quindi sono molto silenziose e assicurano sonni tranquilli. A due passi nella stessa strada si trova un piccolo e buon ristorante portoghese, Ernesto.
Ringrazio Ana per la calorosa accoglienza,la sua grande gentilezza e disponibilità ed i suoi preziosi consigli su cosa vedere in Porto. Appartamento da consigliare senza alcuna esitazione
I can only confirm all the positive reviews.. The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished and very clean, very close to the metro station Trindade. From the apartment you can walk to the major attractions of Porto and walking few minutes you can go to the biggest and most beautiful market town, Bolhao. The bedrooms are located in a courtyard and therefore very quiet to sleep.
A short walk in the same street there is a small and good Portuguese restaurant, Ernesto
