New unique villa build 2010 with 3 floors, just outside Calheta village near the beach in a calm area with little traffic and with views to the hills and a fantastic sea view overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The house is build in a modern luxury style with spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 WC downstairs. Modern open kitchen with all facilities, large dining room table for 6 persons, sitting room with flat screen TV with 220 channels, DVD and incl. Free WI-FI internet connections in all rooms.

Outside from the road an entrance to the garage with carspace for 3 cars, quiet location with no traffic, front with spacious wooden floor terrasse with another dining table and the swimming pool with outdoor shower and a fantastic views overlooking the subtropical gardens, banana plantation, green fields, hills and the sea. In the village 15min away also Municipal Swimming-pool, Secondary School, church, health centre, pharmacy, post office, police, restaurants, 3 bakeries, town hall, Rum & Sugar cane Factory, 4 banks and supermarket, Marina and of course the famous golden sand beach of Calheta.

This property was exactly as described. Large, luxurious, excellent facilities, super position. Being new, it was exceptionally well maintained and a pleasure to be in. Some of the local restaurants had closed for the season (despite the fantastic weather!) and we found the best place to eat was the hotel in Calheta, which provided very good quality food in a pleasant setting. The local supermarket in Calheta was very well stocked and provided everything we needed.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Thank you for a fantastic review and we hope everybody that read this will understand what a beautiful and luxury place Villa Fernando is. Regarding restaurants, there are hundreds of restaurants to choose from here and we do not have any seasons in Madeira. Villa Fernando is also a new villa with everything you need for a perfect holiday away from home any time of year, but have even more than your own home. We hope to see you again.
