This estate is the perfect place for family vacations, corporate get-aways or peaceful retreats. Along with the walking trails, ponds and gardens, there is plenty of room for the kids to run and play. No weddings please.
My husband Terry and I built this vacation house on our residential property in order to share this incredible land with others. We enjoy tending the gardens and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

This property is unique because you are in the middle of the quiet countryside, yet only minutes away from Southern Maine's best outdoor and indoor activities. You can rest in peace or venture out to play!
The large windows of this house welcome in the incredibly beautiful natural surroundings.
House was incredibly clean, modern and had all of the amenities you could ask for. The views were amazing... absolutely amazing. Rebecca and Terry are very accommodating and incredibly easy-going. We had a really lovely visit and will hopefully be able to return again soon!
Can't ask for much more if you are looking for a quiet place to get away that is still reasonably close to a lot of different areas in Maine. My group happen to come across this place and I booked it with this in mind. Its minutes away from OOB and well within driving distance of Portland. The place is without a doubt gorgeous and sleeps a large amount of people. The owners are very friendly, fair warning it is an addition to their home so if you are looking to kind of be on your own then keep that in mind. We had a bit of a rowdy group though and at no point did they stop us, not even sure if they heard us. Rooms were clean, house is nicely furnished, no AC which on any other day isn't a deal breaker in Maine, it just happen to be a scorching hot weekend when my party went up and an AC would have been a great asset. Overall very satisfied with the place.
This is definitely a nice place with friends or family to come. The owner is very responsive and super nice. Everything in this property is high-end quality. The location is very convenient to access nearby stores or beaches. We have 8 adults and 3 toddlers. Our kids love this place a lot. We had water playing in the private lake, BBQ, and games in the front yard. We wish we can stay longer here. This is really a good place to come back and enjoy here again.
We are 15 minutes from a 7-mile long sand beach, water parks, amusement parks, restaurants and shops, guided canoe tours, ocean kayaking and much more. For shoppers, the house is just 30 minutes from the Kittery and Freeport outlet shops and the Maine Mall. Visit great restaurants, art galleries and the working waterfront of Portland's Old Port district just a short drive from the estate.
