Lottsburg House Rental Photos and Description
5 Bedroom / 4.5 Bathroom Sleeps 17
Experience the best of all worlds – both a protected cove with close-in scenery AND endless water views – all in one property. This 2.5-acre private, wooded lot has 200 feet of shore line. Launch some kayaks to explore countless creeks & inlets or sit back and gaze across the Potomac River to Point Lookout, MD and the Chesapeake Bay beyond.
A double wing cape cod, the home boasts high ceilings, two fireplaces and plenty of space with plenty of room for multiple families. The dock features an electric lift for jet skis and boats under 16 feet, and other docking accommodations for larger boats with a free boat launch nearby.
Fishing is great right off the dock or venture into the Potomac and beyond. We’ve even left a couple crab pots if you’d like to throw them off the dock and catch your dinner.
Jump off the dock and go for a swim, hop in your boat and go skiing/tubing or just relax on the large screened waterside porch and watch the action.
Two different marina restaurants are less than a mile away by boat and more dining options are available by car. If you are staying in, the renovated kitchen features all-new, high-end stainless steel appliances. Or, fire up the gas grill and/or enjoy the fire pit. We’ve left you plenty of wood but you will have to bring your own smores! Nearby are also several wineries, historical sites, parks and other attractions.

Why David Paul chose Lottsburg
We purchased this home from the original owner who custom built it to his specifications. The care that went into the house is obvious. We added our own renovations and made updates and are very excited with the results. We hope you will be too!
What makes this house unique
I spent summers on a lake in Michigan and the water setting makes you feel like you are on a lake. From our house you can swim across a cove to a sandy beach. Yet, you can get in a boat and literally go anywhere in the world - if you have a big enough boat!
