The romantic vacation accommodation is located in a garden, on a slope. The surface is 160 m². From the garden in front of the house, you can reach the upper floor. In the large kitchen, there is a cosy dining place. From the living room with a panoramic window and balcony terrace, you can enjoy the view over the meadows and fields. All the rooms are decorated in a country or Mediterranean style, with a lot of love for details. The ground floor can be reached by the stairs in the house or through a separate entrance. There you can find the sauna and 2 further bedrooms with their own shower bathroom. Both rooms have access to the winter garden and to the terrace. From here, you can reach the downstairs terrace with the small log cabin through the slope garden: a playful paradise. A ‘Carport’, further parking places and the neighbouring woods belong to the property. The neighbours take care of the offered services.

Special service: On request, we offer a bread roll delivery service. We take only the money for the bread rolls, whereas the delivery is included in the rental rate. We can prepare the breakfast for you, for 6 Euro per person. There is a breakfast card in the house. On request, we offer you washing and ironing service. The weekly linen change and the weekly cleaning are included in the rental rate. The final cleaning is charged with 50 Euro, with an occupancy of 5 prsons it is 70 €.

Our chalet is located upside the hamlet Muenchenroth, with a wonderful view over the meadow, woods & fields of the “Blauen Laendchens“, which invites you to hiking and biking. The main tourist attraction in the region is the Mid-Rhein Valley. With its castles, the Loreley and world-wide known places, such as Ruedesheim, the region was declared a World Culture Heritage Site. The most beautiful is the exploration of the region per boat. From June to September, there are many firework events, under the motto “Rhein in flames”. In the fall, there are a lot of “Wine Festivals”. In 30 - 50 minutes by car, you can reach the cities Wiesbaden, Mainz, Koblenz, and Frankfurt am Main. Among the health resorts on the “health resorts street”, Bad Ems is the most famous one, thanks to its flower parade, which takes place during the last August weekend. You can reach the market town of Nastaetten in just 5 minutes by car. There you can find many shops, restaurants, tennis courts, sport airfields.

Notes: The house is furnished with top-quality furniture, and chosen materials and decorations. The balcony terrace has tables and chairs for 8 people, 2 deck chairs, and sun umbrellas. There is further garden furniture and pillows can be found in the small log cabin. For your entertainment, there is a satellite TV, 2 stereo systems with CD player and many CDs, games and books, even for children. The house has central heating and warm water supply, as well as many electric gadgets (freezer and refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave oven, dish washer, etc.) All the beds have feather covers and eiderdown quilts. Anti-allergic pillows are available, as well as a cot with pillow and cover. Towels and bathing robe, as well as table cloths and dish towels are at your disposal. Weekly linen change and weekly cleaning are inclusive. 2 bikes and 1 slade are included. There is a telephone with tariff time switch.

Wonderful winterland experience

We stayed at this delightful house for a week. It snowed for most of our stay, but that added magic to the whole experience. The house is lovely and so well-equipped. The sauna, especially in the winter months, is a great bonus and the beautiful wintergarden is a joy. Very comfortable beds and everything in the house is good quality. We saw several birds we had never seen before by just looking out the windows and came across great views of local wildlife whilst walking in the area.
We will definitely return given the opportunity.

We had a short, but great stay here. Of course, the weather was helping a lot with lots of sunshine and autumn warmth.
The house is great for a (large) family. The house has a warm atmosphere. It´s nice you can walk into the woods starting in the garden of the house.

lovely family home!

We had a lovely stay the week before Christmas. With four adults and five children (all under 10 years old), our family had plenty of room. This home has everything you need for cooking, plenty of seating and comfortable beds. There were plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Several grocery stores are nearby. The location is convenient for going to many of the Christmas markets; we even went down to Europa park one day. There is a very nice washer and dryer, a second fridge/freezer and even a sauna! The neighbor/host was so kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to highly recommend this property to others!
