Apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the San Francisco Bay water front. Brand New apartment with state of the art gourmet kitchen, full size washer/dryer, master suite offers a 'King' sized bed and large walk-in closet. The apartment is fully furnished with a touch of elegance combined with comfort in mind. Secure yet easy access on the ground floor with private street entrance. High Speed Internet and Cable TV is included. This unit also offers a sunny courtyard with private balcony/deck seating for morning coffee or tea.

Can accommodate maximum of 4 people with an additional charge night/person for the 3rd and 4th guest. The living room sofa converts to a double bed for 2 additional guests (max 4 guest).

My wife is a native San Franciscan and I moved here from Texas 20 years ago. We love San Francisco and all it offers with it's diversity and richness of people and places to see and experience. This is truly one of the best cities in the world and a great place to visit.

The locals are super nice and love to help with directions or suggestions of what to do and see. Our apartment is central to everything in San Francisco!

You can truly feel like a local staying in our safe and secure, private luxury apartment central to all San Francisco and Wine country attractions.

What makes this apartment unique

Our apartment is new and offers all the comforts of home including a king sized bed, luxury kitchen, full sized washer/dryer, dishwasher, 65' and 42' HD TV's, high speed internet and cable TV all included. You get so much more for your money staying in our custom built luxury apartment rather than staying in local hotels for a similar price.

What we love most is that you don't need a car while you're here. It's a quick walk to Chestnut Street or Union Street to enjoy all the neighborhood has to offer. The restaurants and shops are fabulous, with a good mix. Easy access to the bus system (Muni) or a taxi will get you to Fisherman's Warf, Union Square, or other site-seeing destinations.

Great stay in luxury marina apartment

This apartment was really nice with all the amenities in a great location. It also had a little yard for a dog (unfortunately my dog died so couldn't come). The owners were very flexible about my changing the dates of my stay and kept in touch to make sure I had the internet working. I recommend this property highly!

Excellent Accommodation .

Set in a very quiet ,pleasant neighbourhood ,this apartment gets 5 stars for everything. Bryan was a great host, and was quick and easy to communicate with. The property is very well furnished with all you could need for a great vacation. The kitchen was super, and having a washer /dryer,complete with products was fabulous. The large bed was really comfy and the sitting room was furnished very comfortably. Supermarket, restaurants and stores are around the corner in Chestnut street and one of the tastiest meals eaten was at Pacific Catch. You are also able to catch the Downtown bus in this street,so if you are staying for a few days or a week be sure to buy a bus pass that allows you to travel through the city.

The fact that I could store my bags before check in was great and much appreciated.

If you are a keen walker,runner ,it is very close to the Marina track and Golden Gate Bridge ,although some of the best runs were through the streets full of beautiful homes and the gruelling Lyon Street stairs, a few blocks up from Lombard street.

I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone ,it was fantastic and much more enjoyable than being in a hotel.

Great apartment, fabulous location, responsive landlord--what more could you want?

My husband and I (both boomers) and our three cats needed a temporary home while ours was being renovated, and we hit the jackpot when Bryan responded to our inquiry. This cosy Marina apartment located in the back of a small building had almost all the comforts of our own home, including a super-comfy king-sized bed and a pretty good galley kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. It also boasted a couple of things we don't even have, including two huge wall-mounted flat-screen TVs (one with HBO) and a cute backyard from which we snagged a couple of lemons from the neighbor's tree, plus a deck where my husband played board games with a friend who lives nearby.

Best of all, we were a short block away from a great butcher (Marina Meats), one of the best Italian restaurants in the entire city (A16), and an upscale grocery store (Marina Market). Walk a bit further and you're in the heart of the terrific Chestnut Street restaurant/bar/boutique scene. (Do not miss breakfast or brunch at Le Marais, which has the best croissants I've had here or maybe anywhere.) We spent six weeks,exploring the neighborhood and were very sorry to leave.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention the attentiveness of the property manager, Bryan Hall, who responded, sometimes within moments, to every e-mail query and seemed truly dedicated to helping us with any problems as quickly as possible. This was a great experience and we're happy to recommend this vacation or short-term rental.

Our SF vacation was awesome, thanks to Bryan and Paula's lovely apartment which is conveniently located to so many eateries and shops, muni and Golden Gate Bridge. We had absolutely no issues with letting ourselves into the apartment upon our arrival following simple instructions. The apartment is very modern and clean, equipped with gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer and comfy king sized bed. Bryan efficiently responded to emails and texts. We highly recommend this apartment. Great location

Our family of 3 including an infant stayed here and it was in a great location and checking in was very easy.

The apartment was a good size and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 night stay.

The only downside is the parking situation. The area is quite popular and all the spots were snatched up quickly. We often found ourselves circling around or parking several blocks away. Other than that, it was in a great location and walking distance from the marina and Chestnut street with plenty of places to eat, shop and walk around like a SF local.

This apartment is in a wonderful location (right off of chestnut street) and is a special slice of heaven. The apt. is very clean, updated and the outdoor space is an added bonus! Bryan is very easy to communicate with and was very patient with any and all questions!!! Would we stay again? YES! We hope to be back soon!
