2 Bedroon, 1 Bath, Sleeps 7, property consists of four units

This super cute, first floor unit in a 4 unit complex, is a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo located in the heart of Port Aransas. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and the second room a queen and a twin. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit was recently remodeled and has a full kitchen for you to cook your catch of the day. There are 2 charcoal grills on the property for guests to use along with wireless internet. The condo is about a five minute drive to the beach and 2 minutes to the community pool. Gone Fishing is located on the bottom floor on the left, unit A. Pets are welcome for $10.00 per day, but must be kept on a lease when outside. Come and enjoy this island treasure! Winter Rentals are $1200 per month Nov. through Feb.

About Port A Escapes

We are very excited about our property. We love Port Aransas and are proud to share our town with people from all over. Both owners are from the area. We both raised families in the central Texas area, Temple and Belton. We now live in Corpus Christi and Port Aransas.

Our property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located in Port Aransas. Very easy to find. We have a nice backyard area with tables, barbque pit and horseshoe pit. The property is newly remodeled and newly refurnished.

What makes this apartment unique

We are right in the middle of everything to do in Port Aransas. It is so easy to find and a comfortable and relaxing home away from home

We took our parents on a last minute beach trip and this place was great. The condo has everything you need for six people. The outdoor area has two grills, a horseshoe pit and a picnic table which make it very comfortable to grill. It's a few blocks to the beach and restaurants. We got there and back in minutes. It was very comfortable and we had a lovely stay. Also, they allow dogs which is a huge plus! The owners were very easy to work with and are doing a great job remodeling the property.

Beautifully decorated and CLEAN. This place was awesome & had EVERYTHING ..linen's,towels, dishes, pots ,pans. VERY comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended. We rented fat tire bicycles from Big Shell Bikes. Great transportation & great on the beach.

Beautiful, Clean and Affordable

We absolutely loved this place. It was fresh with a remodel and much nicer than the photos show.

The decor was pleasantly unusual (not kitchy beach decor) and the place was extremely clean. The two bedrooms each had a queen bed which made it nice for us two couples that were staying there (no one was stuck with twins).

We enjoyed using the charcoal grill and dishwasher. The kitchen supplies were basic and there were plenty of towels and linens.

I loved relaxing at the end of a hot sandy day on their super comfy couch and recliner (and watching the flat screen).

I would definitely stay here again and think this would be a great place for two families of three.

Featuring one of the longest beach shores in Texas, Port Aransas is full of outdoor family fun. Rent a golf cart for the day and explore our beaches, build sand castles, have a bonfire, roast marshmallows and search for sea shells. Gift shops are all around the island so you can take home a reminder of your stay. The island is very friendly to walkers,bikers and golf cart drivers. There is a special adventure for kids where they actually can be part of a pirate reenactment of the Lydia Ann. We have fishing for everyone including inshore or bay fishing and for the hardiest there are numerous offshore tours available. The Wintons candy store is always a big hit with the kids young and old alike. Port aransas is home of the Farley Boat. We share our pride by having small replicas all over town decorated by the individual owners. We have numerous wonderful eating establishments on the island. Most restaurants are casual dining but you can find food that ranges from burgers and fries to elegant dining. Nightlife for the older crowd is plentifull. Be sure to visit our quaint bars and if you're lucky maybe you'll be in town during our infamous belt sander races!
