Here’s why this is the best deal on Maui: My unit is on the first floor. This means you walk out the door—and you’re on a lawn that slopes gently down to the ocean—some 100 feet away. Further, I’m on the far end of the complex, so you’re almost always alone if you want to spend time in the sun: The pool, Jacuzzi, and BBQ pits are on the other end of the complex.
Think of it! You come to Maui for peace & renewal, on the one hand, and easy access to every activity, on the other hand. That’s exactly what you’ll get in my condo.

The other listings explain what Maalaea has to offer. It’s a central location, yet quiet and restful. The perfect place for a single or couple.
Here are the nuts and bolts: fully equipped kitchen and bath; A/C; clean, comfortable furnishings; washer/dryer; dishwasher; WiFi; big-screen TV; stuff you need for the beach (beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, boogie board); plenty of parking.
Easy 20-minute drive to the airport.
P.S. For reservations for fewer than 5 days, I ask renters to split the fixed costs with me (i.e., cleaning, key service, and insurance). It amounts to just over $100, so I add $50 to rentals of 3 or 4 days. Thanks for understanding!

I've lived in 4 places on Maui and this location is the best combination of central location, proximity to the ocean, and isolation.
I love that I can step outside my living room, plop down on a lounge chair, and read & relax--and get plenty of sun. And I'm usually alone.
In the mornings, I jog along Maalaea Beach.
It's just a little piece of paradise.
