Terraced house with pool in Villarosa Martinsicuro (TE) on two floors. 250 m from the sea (sandy beach and wide), 70 m from the pedestrian evening, 5-6 beds, courtyard and large outdoor courtyard with barbecue area, dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, with 2 beds and bathroom. Private parking and entrance. Air conditioning, TV, electricity, gas, crockery and kitchen equipment included. Access to the pool with a lifeguard is directed from the inner courtyard shared with 18 other houses. The pool is open from 15 June to 15 September. Preferably Saturday to Saturday. Rent to families only.

At 200 meters from the sandy beach, just steps from the pedestrian area and a nice porch with direct access to the pool inside the stay will be pleasant and relaxing for the whole family.
