We stayed at Sanibel Way for the month of January 2015. The condo and complex are quiet,clean, well cared for and nicely equipped. The heated pool is great, the tennis court is nice. The lanai looks over a green space which is lovely. The TV with Roku was fine for us. I was able to use my home cable to get ESPN and HBO GO.Netflix was a nice addition. The king bed is comfy. The kitchen has all the basics, what you need for a short stay. We brought our own coffee grinder and spices which turned out to be a good thing for us, we like to cook and are coffee snobs. We were able to make do fine with everything else. Very close to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel. Restaurants, Shopping, Groceries all very near. Good massage therapist around the corner.Great ice cream place down the road. Fruit stand not too far. Good walking area if you like that. All in all a great place and very good value in SW FLA.
This Condo was perfect. It was clean, have all you need in the kitchen, good mattress and very well located. This place is idéal for biking, beaches and also shopping. Sanibel Island is very closed and a must to see. We used the pool regularly and is well-maintained.
I will not hesitate to recommend to my friends and if we decide to come back, we will rent this Condo again

My husband and I spent three lovely weeks in the area after finding this condo listed on VRBO as a last minute cancellation. The condo is centrally located, close to restaurants, trolley service, shopping and sightseeing venues. Our condo owners were very helpful in every way and even invited us on a boating excursion with them, which we took them up on. They are congenial, friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any/all questions we had, both prior to our arrival and after we checked in. The condo complex is lovely and very well maintained, with lots of friendly folks staying at the same time we did. Our unit's kitchen had everything...and I do mean everything...you could possibly need for meal preparation, including a lot of extras as well such as a George Foreman grill, an apron, toothpicks, wine bottle opener, knife sharpener, playing cards, needle and thread and so much more. Even though I brought our own night lights for the two bathrooms, they were already here! Beds were comfortable, a lovely lanai (no direct sun as it faces north, which my husband really enjoyed) was nicely furnished and a clean, safe neighborhood were all pluses. Unit was clean and well-stocked with everything to get us started. All in all, we had a very positive experience here and would recommend it to others as well.
good area for walking/biking. Shops, bars, restaurants, etc. easy walking distance. 5 mile walk to the beach. Cheap trolley and reasonable taxi service available.
