Etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Könnte sauberer sein, Ausstattung nicht mehr ganz neu, Habe für den Preis schon besseres gesehen. Kein Brötchenservice angeboten. Unfallgefahr vor dem Eingang.
Owner's Response: Der Mieter hat voraussichtlich nicht meine Anzeige genau durchgelesen -Brötchenservice wurde nicht angeboten, Bäcker ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Bis zur Innenstadt sind es 15 Gehminuten, wie erwähnt. Möbel wurden alle 2003 neu gekauft, antiker Kleiderschrank von 18. Jh. im Schlafzimmer, Sauberkeit wurde noch nie beanstandet und falls etwas übersehen wurde, ist dies der Reinigungskraft sofort zu melden. Der Mieter hat für 4 Personen die Ferienwohnung gemietet und ist nur allein angereist. Für Kritiken bin ich natürlich dankbar, denn ich wohne nicht vor Ort und bin für Hinweise per Telefon oder E-Mail natürlich offen, denn ich möchte, dass sich die Urlauber natürlich in meiner Ferienwohnung wohlfühlen.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hell und freundlich. Der Ausblick vom Frühstückstisch ist einfach sensationell!!!
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Reinigungsfrau war super nett. Wir können die Ferienwohnung mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder:-)
Die Stadt mit Ihren wundervollen Fachwerkhäusern ist einige Ausflüge wert und die Kutschfart zum Schloss muss man einmal mitgemacht haben ;-)...Geschäfte gibt es genug ein leckeres Restaurant (die Quelle) und ein Bäcker sind keine fünf Minuten entfernt. Wir bedanken uns und kommen gerne wieder.

Der Urlaub in Wernigerode hat unserer 4-köpfigen Familie sehr gut gefallen, was nicht zuletzt an der netten Ferienwohnung lag. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung war sauber, praktikabel eingerichtet und das Zentrum der herrlichen Stadt Wernigerode war ohne Probleme fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich.Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
