There is independent air conditioning and a lift. There is the option of being completely surrounded by the amazing natural environment, with ancient trees and enchanted areas in which music is played in the background. Every apartment, except for the apartment Mandarino, as its own luxury garage and bicycles ( Not for apartment Melograno) for cycling along the bicycle lane by the sea (500 metres away). Beaches: 100 metres away. Check-in between 15:00 and 19:00 unless otherwise agreed.

Apartment MELOGRANO: No lift, only a spiral stair. Seaview from outside terrasse and one window in the mansarda bedroom.

Harmoniously designed studio flats, and two and three-roomed flats with a sea view, are available amidst the colours, scents and the greenery of flourishing Mediterranean nature of the village. Thanks to the special microclimate of this beautiful environment, banana trees bear fruit and the fragrance of mandarin and other kinds of trees invade the typical narrow Ligurian streets.

One of our best holiday staying ever!

We lived in the one Mandarino studio for one week in July 2011. San Remo are a great place to spend time in and living in this wonderful apartment gave our trip an extra dimension. Living in this apartment gave us the best vacation experiences for all our senses. The apartments have all the things you need to cook Italian food. The colour in the apartment and from the nature around on the hill creates a magical beauty!

The view of the sea, the wonderful people that rented out the house gave us real and wonderful experiences in San Remo! We can really recommend this apartment for everyone who looks for a wonderful time at the Italian Riviera. The owner lives next door to the apartment house and treats his guests as family.

There are great beaches just a couple of hundred meters from the apartment and the city centre is just a 10 minute bicycle trip away (which are included in the rent). There are grocery stores within walking distance and nothing beats a dinner at the balcony with local vegetables and a nice Italian vine. We can also recommend a trip to Tiaggia, which is a 5-kilometre bicycle ride (or the local bus) to even nicer beaches.

Very cosy, nice and beautifull.

We had a great time, the appartment was new and very beautifull, and the owner and designer of this 'village' personally welcomed us. Also the facilities in the apartment were good, we absolutely recommend these appartments. From the appartment, you are very close to the town and the beaches, you can ride with a bike along the boulevard.
