This private home is light and bright with a large full-sized kitchen and plenty of counter space. Full-sized fridge, stove and dishwasher as well as an indoor washer and dryer.
There are 2 large bedrooms (one has a king sized bed and the other, a full sized).
Additionally, there is a separate den with a pull out, queen sized sofa bed; as well as office space with a full sized desk and wi-fi.
Hardwood floors and tile throughout; easy to keep clean and well-behaved dogs and children are welcome!
This charming corner lot home has a fully fenced side and back yard with palms and bamboo offering ultimate privacy. An outside shower is also available for a quick rinse after coming up from the beach. Beach towels, toys, chairs, etc. available for your use.
Host friends for a bar-b-que or cocktails on the large deck and enjoy a relaxing extended vacation. Off-street parking for 3 cars!
Most all rooms have a TV and 100 cable channels, along with one DVD player, VHS and video games.
Walk 1.5 blocks to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Madeira Beach, Central Florida's west coast unspoiled sugary sand and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico is therapeutic indeed!
Fish right off the beach or hire a private charter at the nearby Madeira Marina for off-shore fishing if that is more your speed.
John's Pass is a quick jaunt up the road and you can go by car or trolley, to experience all of the shops and yummy food and drinks there.
Downtown St Pete, with it's many museums, award- winning restaurants and historical landmarks is 20 minutes by car (or 60 minute trolley ride with transfers).

I fell in love the minute I walked into this house in 1999. I was overcome by the beauty of the sky lights upon entering and the hardwood floors. I also loved the layout and the size of the home. It was not too big and not too small...like Goldilocks, it was just right.
The proximity to all things I needed for day-to-day life was perfect! I loved having my car parked for days and saving on gas since most things I needed were in walking distance: the post office, grocery store, library, pharmacy, wine shop, coffee shop, sushi, pizza and shops.
