River Ridge Rentals is pleased to introduce the Moose Ridge Cabin. A brand new log home built by Mountain Log Homes of Colorado and a winner in the 2013 Summit County Parade of Homes.

What an amazing location for Breckenridge, Colorado's newest luxury mountain cabin. Peace, quite, and fresh mountain air are in abundance at this home that you can't even see from the road. Situated on 5 acres but just 3/4 of a mile from a drop off location for ski access you can't find a better location in all of Breckenridge! Please see the notes at the bottom as to exact ski access as it is important to note these details.

You will very pleased about what a true Colorado cabin can offer. Vaulted ceilings, log build, and custom carpentry leave you seeing something new each time you walk into the property. You will feel right at home here at your own log cabin! The main level of this home boasts an open plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen tv, DVD player, and comfortable seating to relax after a day outdoors. The gourmet kitchen has everything that you need to cook along with a coffe island to keep the whole group out of the kitchen. The dining has potential seating for 12 with an additional 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. There is a powder room bath on this level for your convenience as well as a washer and dryer. In addition there is a large deck looking toward the East and South to enjoy our amazing Rocky Mountain sunrises. On the deck you will find a wood burning fireplace, custom picnic table, and gas barbeque grill.

The downstairs recreation room has a flat screen tv, gas fireplace, and a mini bar with cocktail refrigerator. There is also a bathroom that is set up like a jack and jill bathroom that this recreation room has access to as well as the bunk room.

Just outside the recreation room downstairs is a private hot tub for your relaxation after a day on the slopes!

All four of the spacious bedrooms come with flat screen TV, DVD player and all of the comforts for you to enjoy in this mountain paradise.

Top level:

Bedroom #1 - This room has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and private balcony. The bath is out in the hall and shared with Bedroom #2 and the loft area. (4)

Bedroom #2 -Two queen beds and a private balcony. The bath is out in the hall and shared with Bedroom #1 and the loft area. (4)

Loft Area - Bedding is still being decided upon for this room.

Main level:

Main Master Bedroom #3 - King bed with fireplace and access to a balcony that can also be accessed from the main living room. There is a private bath with a shower in this room and plenty of space. (2)

Bottom level:

Bunk Room Bedroom #4 - Queen bed, and two sets of twin bunks. Access to a jack and jill bathroom that is also accessed from the downstairs recreation room. (6)

Ski Access: This property is located off of Gold King Way in Breckenridge. So basically it is 3/4 of a mile to drop people off at the Gold King access in the Warrior's Mark neighborhood. For the most part anyone can use this access if they are comfortable on ski's at all, and you ski down the neighborhood trail and end up at the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9. Coming back in

you ski off of Peak 10 and need to be at least a black run skiier to do

so. From there you access the top of the neighborhood trail and ski back to

the same point you started at that morning. Of course you would need someone to pick you up and bring you the 3/4 of a mile back to the house.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults, or 16 total with children.

The minimum age limit to rent is 25.

Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 5 vehicles.

4x4 is MANDATORY during any date that snow may occur.

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $300 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $750.00 and will be collected in advance.
