2 bedroom apartment with large terrace. Two shared pools. Relax. 2 km from the village and ten minutes drive from the tourist areas and beaches of Moraira and Javea.

Golf nearby, water sports, inland villages to explore, restaurants to suit every budget and theme park accessible by car.

7x 3 m terrace facing S. E. It is impressive to see the coast and the sunrises viewpoint.

Decorated in bright modern style is impeccable. With bright living room, modern well equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Apartment to street level. Sleeps 4 expandable to 6 using the sofa bed in the living room (additional fee).

The bedrooms have double closets and have windows to the coast. It provides trousseau bed and bath (except beach).

TV, washing machine, electric water heat, iron, etc..

Village of Benitachell and Cumbre del Sol: good road from the village center (Poble Nou de Benitachell) saving a height of 200 meters over a distance of 2.3 kilometers.

You reach Summit sel Sol travel over 400 meters, climbing, you get to Pueblo Panorama. There are several developments in Cumbre del Sol

Attractions. Jávea: A 10 Km away is reached by two different roads, Jávea. Accessed by a shopping area with many stores and supermarkets. By accessing the other beaches, of which El Arenal stands out for its sand and its amplitude. It is adjacent to the Parador. There are many other smaller beaches, creeks, etc.. Noted for its beauty La Granadilla and El Portichol.

Very different levels Restaurants are everywhere, starting in Cumbre del Sol, followed by the people, continuing and ending on the roads in the towns and major beaches like Javea, Moraira and, inside, Teulada and Benissa.

A large shopping center just off the highway in Ondara (which is one of the outputs of the AP-7 to approach Benitachell).

Attractions. Moraira. On the other hand, the South, Moraira (which is the municipality of Teulada) there are many beaches, some larger and sandy (as Blister) smaller or stony, there are coves, shops, etc..

You can visit a winery brand Teulada.

Altea and Calpe are interesting places to visit. The Rock of Ifach in Calpe, is internationally known.

For children and adolescents (and adults) Tierra Mitica in Benidorm.

There are water parks. Equestrian centers. Karts.
