Great location. Very accommodating landlord.

This one bedroom also comes with a pull out sofa and an air mattress for an unexpected guest last minute. Fully stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need. The best part is the location. A pleasant 10 block walk to Pike's Market and the Aquarium, two blocks from Taylor's Seafood (great oysters) and surrounded by great restaurants. Also, a 5 block walk gets you to the Westlake station and the monorail to Space Needle and other museums. Very much worth the very reasonable price.

Excellent Location, nice apartment

  • 5 of 5
This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Seattle. While not particularly "glamorous" it is a clean apartment, tastefully decorated with all of the simple amenities you need while in an apartment on vacation and the location is fantastic. It is within walking distance of everything you want to see in downtown Seattle and to mass transit to go anywhere outside of downtown. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

We had a great time staying at the condo. The location worked well and we were able to walk to major attractions in the area. The grocery store and restaurants were just a short walk away. The weather was excellent as well!

Great location, home away from home.

This is a great location and the apartment was very clean and homey. Good restaurants around the corner and the Pike Market is an easy 10 blocks away. Note the apartment is on a short hill walk up (It's Seattle). I am not the fittest person and it was no big deal for me but keep it in mind. Other than that you are in the middle of EVERYTHING.

Condo in downtown Seattle

  • 4 of 5
This was definitely a "cozy and charming" condo and was exactly as advertised and was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the very helpful personal assistance we received from the owner who went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The site is really ideal for walking about in the center of Seattle (great view too) and is only a few blocks from the Light Rail terminus, Pike Place Market and some truly remarkable restaurants. We had a rental car and the apartment came with its own convenient space (for an additional daily rate). August is the month Seattle heats up so the supplementary air conditioning unit they've added is great, though probably not a factor for much of the year. We noticed the building was particularly quiet, too.

Clean, Charming, Central location!

  • 5 of 5
This place was our home away from home. A few friends and I stayed in this charming condo for several days and it was perfect. The property was clean, well-maintained and well decorated. It had everything—shampoo, soap, extra towels, linens, extra bedding, luxurious towels, free wifi, cable, big screen TV! It was sweet that the owners even had an emergency kit and other toiletries in the bathroom.
The bedroom was spacious and equipped with a comfortable queen bed. There was also pull-out couch in the living room, extra linens and comforter. Perfect for four people.
Although we didn’t cook in the kitchen, it was nice to know it was fully stocked with kitchen ware and a clean, spacious fridge. We were so happy to find a Brita water pitcher to use! We did use the plastic containers to pack cherries for a hike at Mt. Rainier. It had everything.
A bonus for this property is its central location. We had a car, but a lot of hot spots were in walking distance.
- 5 minute walk (1 minute drive) to Victrola Coffee Roasters
- 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) to Pike’s Place
- Grocery market just around the corner
- Countless restaurants within walking distance

This property was such a great value, offered more than I expected, and felt like home. It sure beats staying at a hotel. I’d recommend this place for all my family and friends for a Seattle getaway.
