A fantastic 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom villa situated on Hampton Lakes, just off the US27.

Hampton Lakes is located in a much sought after area being only 12 minutes from Walt Disney World, minutes from a variety of golf courses, (there are 2 sets of clubs for your use!), and has easy access to Interstate 4 and all the shops, restaurants and evening entertainment on Highway 192.

The Hampton Lakes complex boasts two floodlit tennis courts, a volleyball

court, a communal pool and a young children’s play area. The community also has its own police officer on patrol regularly.

The property is beautifully presented with everything you will need for a wonderful vacation. All bedrooms have cable TV (Verizion FIOS, similar to Skyplus) plus there free use of telephone and wireless internet.

The villa can sleep up to 12 persons.

The full package! I would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to combine an Orlando/Disney holiday with the ability to also relax at home and enjoy the peace and quiet of excellent accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood. The villa has everything that we needed to make the holiday memorable and extra special. The Parks are within an easy drive and the every day amenities such as supermarkets etc are close at hand. The villa was perfect in every way. We consisted of a party of 9 people including two children aged 2 and 4. The property was spacious, very well appointed, excellent furnishings, plenty of linen including pool towels, well equipped kitchen, laundry room and games room. The pool was excellent and we managed to swim most days. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. The owner was extremely helpful, gave advice on golf courses and provided us with stairgate, cot and booster seat for the car. We would not hesitate recommending this villa and will definitely be returning very soon.

With a background in the travel industry I have some experience to draw on. We were just 4 family members so there there was more than enough space. The villa would comfortably work for 12 people as stated. The thing that makes the house stand out as against 95% of the villas in the area is the open view - most houses in the region look onto one or more houses and are quite close. No only is this house well planned for holiday use internally but it benefits from the great view at the back by the pool. We have only praise for the property and the way it is managed.

All We Needed

Our family of 12 stayed for 1 week. The house was beautiful and as described. The 3 main bedrooms each had their own bathroom and were in different corners of the house providing us with lots of privacy. The pool was fantastic, once it warmed up, and we enjoyed the hot air balloons landing in the field behind and the Disney fireworks. There was privacy in the pool because of the field behind. The house had everything that we needed and was close to shopping and excursions. We felt very secure as there was a patrol car presence in the neighbourhood. The best part was Malcolm who took care of the property. He was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. We had many a good chat. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for space, comfort and a good time. We look forward to returning another time. Thank you!!

We live in Nottingham, England and have recently returned home after spending two weeks enjoying this villa. This was our first visit to the USA and as we have two children required somewhere we felt would be clean, safe and secure.

This villa ticks all the boxes, clean, spacious, excellent accommodation, great facilities and the perfect location.

The villa has been recently re-decorated. The pool area is spacious and is not over looked providing great views to the rear of the property. It is close to all the main attractions but far enough away to have a relaxing break from all the activity although a car will be required. The local area is residential, quiet and welcoming. The nearest supermarket and pharmacy is approx 5 minutes away by car.

As our party only consisted of 4 people we had much more room and space than we needed but did not feel the property was too big for us to enjoy.

We dealt with Malcolm and Carol Anderson who look after the day to day running of the property. I can not thank them enough for all the help and advice they gave us. Prior to leaving the UK we were asked if we required any groceries or items ready for our arrival. In fact on leaving our plane was delayed and Malcolm stocked the fridge and freezer with some extra items so we could unwind when we arrived without having to worry about finding the supermarket or nearest restaurant.

The pool was cleaned and treated several times during our stay.

I would recommended this villa to friends and family and would not have any hesitation staying here again.
