This large and very well equipped and furnished 3 room apartment is located in the middle of Paris, central and yet quiet in a good residential district in a bourgeois house with concierge service on the second floor. Elevator. Tastefully furnished, parquet floors, dining room and additional dining space in the hallway, 1 bedroom looking toward the street with a double glass window,1 bedroom facing the leafy courtyard, completely equipped kitchen, separate toilet. The opera is only a 5 minute walk away. Restaurants, bistros, shops, the famous market street rue Lepic, Métro and the bus are all located nearby. You can do a lot of activities by foot.

Nos attentes ont été comblées. Résider entre la Place Clichy et les grands boulevards, au milieu de la prestigieuse rue Blanche, dans un appartement spacieux, au caractère si parisien et décoré avec goût, que demander de plus, sinon un sympathique propriétaire au coeur d'or pour les animaux.

Nous recommandons cette locations et y reviendrons nous même en famille avec grand plaisir en anticipation.

Diese Wohnung hat genau das Flair, wass wir uns von Paris erhofft haben.
Die Lage, mitten in Paris und am Moulin Rouge, ist aussergewöhnlich gut.
Ebenso die Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber.
Wir müssen unserem Vermieter und unserer "Betreuerin" ein grosses Lob aussprechen.

Eine Künstlerwohnung in Paris am Moulin Rouge

Ja, was soll man sagen, das ist eine Wohnung, wie es sie nur in Paris gibt.
Sie hat unsere Erwartungen durch Ausstattung und Flair bei weitem übertroffen. Die Liebe zum Detail zeigt eindeutig, dass dies eine "bewohnte" Ferienwohnung ist, und genau das macht den Reiz aus.
Die Nähe zum "Paris by Night" hat natürlich noch seinen besonderen Reiz.
Dort kauftst Du nichts "Alltägliches" ein, wenn Du ab 24:00 Uhr spazieren gehst.
Toll ist auch die Anbindung zur Metro. Warum in Paris noch Auto gefahren wird ist mir unklar. Alles ist mit der Metro erreichbar.
Hervorheben muss ich noch die deutsche Vermittlung und Betreuung,
ohne die wir wohl mehr Probleme der sprachlichen Art gehabt hätten.

Bis auf ein "kleines Autsch" war der Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Paris
ein super Erlebnis !!!

Wir werden wieder kommen, und dann mit einiger Sicherheit bei Ihnen buchen !!!

Fantastisch !!!

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene und 3 Jugendliche) haben eine wunderschöne und enspannte Woche in Paris verbracht, auch dank dieser idealen Unterkunft. Die Kinder waren ebenso wie wir von der Ausstattung, dem Zustand und Lage der Wohnung begeistert. Unsere Erwartungen wurden trotz der bereits gelesenen Bewertungen mehr als erfüllt.
Die Ansprechpartnerin und der Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Wir werden diese Unterkunft gerne an Freunde und Verwandte weiterempfehlen.

Sehr besondere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist eine Mischung aus Galerie moderner Kunst und Schatzkästlein - voller Bilder und schöner Dinge, dabei mit allem Komfort ausgestattet bis hin zur Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und einem Mülleimer, der sich automatisch öffnet (faszinierend für Kinder). Wohlfühlen werden sich alle, die Altes mögen und z.B. von einem wunderschönen alten Parkettboden nicht erwarten, dass er auch noch ganz gerade ist. Die Lage ist genial: Der Bus Richtung Louvre hält gegenüber, kleine Geschäfte und Supermärkte sind wenige Schritte entfernt, zum Montmatre ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Sehr empfehlenswert!
