We are Steve and Trish, 'the Young's'. We have lived in Victoria, BC for 35 years and are closely connected to this city and all there is to do here.
We own and/or manage a number of lovely vacation rental properties in downtown Victoria and have been operating vacation rentals for 7 + years now.
We manage the City Courtyard Suite for a valued friend who lives outside Victoria and we agreed to do so because this suite is so unique and beautifully appointed.
We have also travelled extensively to many places in Europe, Asia, North Africa, the Caribbean, South Pacific, Australasia, Central America and, of course, all over North America.
During our travels we've learned a great deal about what it takes to make travel lodgings 'the best they can be'. We offer great, central locations, comfortable and spotlessly clean units, many amenities and extra 'added value' items that our guests just absolutely love.
Over the years we have met, and become good friends with hundreds of people from all over the world, and that's really the best part of what we do.

The City Courtyard Suite is really well positioned, close to the Gates of Harmonious Interest (entrance to Victoria's Chinatown, the 2nd oldest Chinatown in North America) and adjacent to Victoria's Design District and just one block from the Victoria Public Market.
Walk just 3 blocks and you're at a Victoria Harbour Ferry Stop on the Upper Harbour, adjacent to the Canoe Brew Pub.
There's lots of interesting shopping too, at places like Capital Iron, Chintz's Eclectic Furniture and the shops in Market Square.
All in all, this is one of the most interesting areas of Victoria in which to stay.
