About Jim Carter
We are have lived in this neighborhood of Carlsbad for over 30 years and love it. Every summer we go to our family home in France, and now that we are retired, we are going to spend 4 months there, and this house would be very lonely without you!
Why Jim Carter chose La Costa
We have always loved this house. We knew the architect and his family many years ago, and it is one of the most unique and inviting houses in the area. We truly believe you will love it too.
What makes this house unique
Arches, hand made Mexican tiles, high knotty pine ceiling, large stone fireplace, the circular library and large downstairs master bath are what captured us. We added the patio yard to complete this home to make it so enjoyably livable.
