Both stylish, clean and fully furnished with satellite TV, internet, air conditioning / heating. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave. Indoor garage and elevator. Community pools and paddle (tennis) court. Walking distance to supermarket, 1 mile to beautiful 9-hole golf course by the sea, 1 mil to marina, shops, restaurants and facilities. Ideal for water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and diving. Also a very safe place, no crime.

Ground floor apartment review

This apartment is very nice and well equipped. Very clean and modern. It was handy to have the Internet access so that we could look up things to do and where to go. The complex is very well kept and the beach is beautiful. I would recommend this apartment if you are the kind of person who doesn't like travelling about but just prefers to stay at the beach. It got pretty tiresome having to drive 12 kilometers along La Manga strip every time you want to explore the area. It's a pity the powers that be don't build a bridge joining the north side of La Manga strip to the mainland. In my opinion a car is a must. I would recommend this apartment for families with small children or older couples.

the apartment was very clean and modern. the outlook from the balcony was stunning overlooking the harbour and mar menor.very close to the supermarket and 100 yards from the mar menor beach where you can join the local residents in the warm sea and in the local custom of smearing the mud on your skin for its benefits.we used the local bus service at 1 euro each which would take you along the strip but recommend you check bus times.the local taxis were very expensive.the managing agents always replied promptly and were very helpful.the shared swimming pool is unusually large and excellent-we went in daily as it is hot there in august.

Perfekter Urlaub

Ich, weiblich, 38, habe hier 6 Wochen verbracht um den Winter in Deutschland zu verkürzen. Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war wirklich sehr sauber und in einem top Zustand. Der Hausmeister vor Ort ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man mal eine Frage hat. Der WLAN-Internet-Anschluss hat perfekt funktioniert.
Ich bin mit dem Auto angereist und konnte so auch die Umgebung erkunden. Das war mein zweiter und bestimmt nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt auf La Manga.
Ich hoffe, dass ich im nächsten Winter wieder die Möglichkeit habe, dieses Appartment zu mieten.

Alojamiento tranquilo, cómodo y muy agradable

Familia con dos niños pequeños, de 2 y 5 años. La playa del Mar Mediterráneo está justo delante del apartamento y para los niños es ideal para pasar unos buenos ratos construyendo castillos de arena bajo el sol de La Manga del Mar Menor. Si a esto le añadimos que muy cerca está Cartagena y Murcia, como grandes ciudades para poder visitar, resulta un complemento perfecto. Por cierto, no se olviden de visitar las minas del pueblo de La Unión, ya que está muy cerca, bien acondicionadas y son muy interesantes de visitar. Por lo que respeta al apartamento, tan solo decir que uno se siente como en casa, ya que no falta de nada y está en muy, pero en que muy buenas condiciones, perfecto y como nuevo. Los propietarios muy atentos y dan todo tipo de explicaciones.

Une semaine de vacances très agréable !

Un appartement très agréable en rez-de-chaussée, avec les deux piscines à 10 m et la plage de sable fin juste après ! Presque une plage privée tellement il y avait peu de monde à cette période de l'année (début septembre).
L'appartement est de plus parfaitement équipé.

Residencial Dos Mares is located approximately 15 km. out on the La Manga Strip, a little for itselves, not in the most crouded aéreas. Several kilometres long beach just a few meters from the apartments, not crowded at any time.

A 9-hole golf course near the apartments. About 20 min. by car to the world famous La Manga Golf Complex. Many other golf courses 60-90 minutes drive from the apartments.

The closest town is Cartagena. But it is possible to buy everything you need at La Manga. Short distance to the nearest supermarket and restaurants from the apartments.

Nearest airport Murcia (San Javier). Next is Alicante. From Murcia airport about 40 minutes by car to the Dos Mares, from Alicante about 90 minutes. It is recommended to rent a car, easy to find the apartment.
