A gorgeous brick brownstone with handsome old bones and quality craftsmenship. I was smitten. I love the corner location, the yard, the parking area and the large garages.
It is very convenient to downtown Mpls, St Paul locations, the airport and the entire metro area. Access to public transport is excellent.
The area is urban, diverse and lively
This is our second time staying at this apartment building . It's clean, and comfortable, with modern furnishings. We especially like it, because we can walk to so many places: the Minnesota Institute of Arts, the Global Market, the American Swedish Institute, to name just a few. We also visited many of the Hispanic grocery stores, the farmer's market and Ingebretsons, a Scandinavian store nearby. In addition, the owner is friendly, professional and responsive . We certainly enjoyed our stay.
Four adults and two small children. We had a wonderful stay! It was nice being away from home but with all of the comfort of home. Drastically reduced the cost of our trip (hotel and food costs). Conveniently located and the park is only a few blocks away.
This place was clean and comfortable. The furniture and decorations were stylish enough to feel elegant, yet simple enough to feel homey. My family and I were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The open dining room and living room layout gave a lot of room for everyone to sit together. Dining room chairs were comforatable, and the table was of heavy, interesting wooden construction. The owner was very responsive and professional, and check-in was easy. Parking was plentiful. There were many windows, giving a cheerful feeling. Nearby to many shops, restaurants, etc.
The only negative I experienced was that the shower came out in more of a dribble than a spray. It was perfectly sufficient, but could have been better.
Close to Midtown Greenway bike path, 2 blocks away.
Midtown Exchange Global Market is 8 blocks away.
LRT is a five block walk. Bus routes one block away.
Powderhorn Park is 6 blocks away. Groceries, Target, coffee shops and eateries are numbers with in walking, biking or short drive.
