About Deb Lejins and Shera Marston
This family home was purchased by our parents in 1976. Our father was raised in Rockport and Cape Ann is home to many family members and friends. Currently 'The Farm', our childhood home, is owned by six siblings. Although two continue to live in Gloucester, the remaining four consider charming Gloucester our beloved hometown. It is a special place, especially during the warm months when one can fully enjoy the many opportunities to be seaside. We are new to renting the house for the summer. It's a fascinating granite house surrounded by acres of quiet woods. Our family has experienced years of wonderful celebrations and memories in this house. We wish the same for you and your families.

Why Deb Lejins and Shera Marston chose Gloucester - Annisquam
Our mother was initially attracted to this property for many reasons. First it was big enough to convene her large and extended family. Second, she loved to garden and maintained several vegetable and flower gardens. Third she loved animals and kept dairy goats, a llama, a macaw, dogs and cats - all had a place at the farm.
What makes this house unique
'The Farm' consists of the main house and four other buildings (barn, tool shed, forge and water tower - all occupied by year round tenants) on a multi acre piece of property. All are made from locally quarried granite. Each is one of a kind.
This property is an excellent choice for those who enjoy the outdoors in an amazing one of a kind setting.
Great for family gatherings!
