Nearly 1200 sq. ft. 2+-bedroom and 2-bath condo walking distance to the slopes!

Large condo located one short block from downtown Breckenridge. It has underground heated parking, easy access to the slopes, pool access year round, free WIFI, full kitchen amenities, flat screen TV, and two bedrooms with additional futon and fold out couch. The condo easily accommodates 6-8 adults. There is a large outside hot tub and deck with gas range immediately accessible from our unit.

About George Duba

We are George, Cindy, Andrew and Alexandra Duba. Cindy and I moved from Michigan to Colorado in 1981. Our children were both born in Colorado and thus give us some 'Colorado natives' in the family. My wife and I have graduate degrees from Western Michigan University while both our kids have graduated from the University of Colorado.

We bought this property over 20 years ago and have had a lot of fun remodeling it. We love the mountains and we love Breckenridge. The condo gave us a chance to thoroughly enjoy both!

What makes this condo unique

The absolute best thing about this condo is its location. It is central to all the Breck activities. The ice sculptures are typically right across the street. The park and concert venue is also across the street. We can walk to and from the slopes. And with the underground parking and elevator access we can literally drop in for a weekend, unpack and walk downtown within in minutes of our arrival in Breckenridge! Its really a convenient place!

Good Value

The condo living area is comfortable with an L shaped couch, then a futon behind the couch. The dining table area is also spacious with plenty of room. The lifts are not really in easy walking distance, but there is a shuttle stop across the street.

The twin bedroom does not have a working TV.

Great location, great condo, perfect time in Breckenridge!

We were pleasantly surprised at the size and roominess of this condo when we arrived. The kitchen was more than adequate, we had two sitting areas (which worked great for dinner and laptop stand) and the bedding areas a decent size. The master bedroom with the one bath is great, the second bedroom a little smaller but fine, wish the beds were a little softer. There was plenty of pillows (would've probably needed more towels if there were more than 4) and everything else was great. We ended up using the fridge, stove & dishes a lot as we cooked in quite a bit.

Next great thing- the location!!! After we settled in we were also happy that the walk to the ski resort was only around a block - across the street. Once you walk out, you can see the clock tower in front of the village. Downtown was also very close, and easy to get to. I know there's a great transportation system, however, we were close enough to walk everywhere. Perfect!!!

Breckenridge is a charming town, the 'main street' area is quite happening - there's a ton of shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

Well Priced. Good Location.

If you're looking for a fair priced condo in Breck located right off S. Park Avenue then this is the place to rent. In one direction your are about 100 yards from the Quicksilver lift and then 100 yards in the other direction is the 4 O'clock trail that you can ski right up to Park Ave. This 2-Bedroom condo is clean, efficient, quiet and located on the first floor of Cimarron.

Warm and hommy

Location was great and there is a free shuttle just across the street. Room was very clean and kitchen was fully equipped so it was very easy to prepare lovely breakfasts and sandwiches to go.

Only thing that didn't go smooth was the very first day when we just came and couldn't park our car. Make sure you have the correct code to the garage as they change it frequently.

The listing description and photos were relatively accurate - actually the living room/dining area was nicer then I had anticipated. The property was clean and all the appliances worked. There was a light bulb that needed to be replaced and the lighting in the bedrooms could be better. The owner was very helpful and pleasant in answering questions and making suggestions. Great location - would stay there again.

Everything was perfect!!

Condo was great! Perfect location, very close to ski lifts and downtown! Condo was extremely roomy with a cozy feel! Especially loved the fire place! if we ever go back to Breck hope to stay her again!
