Location! Location ! Location! I'll retire here one day where just like you, I can walk to so many great establishments near by!
Small Casita Condo Charm offering terrific value but luxury nearby everything. Enjoy! I just love the kitchen backsplash and all the creative items selected for the kitchen, living room, bathroom and courtyard. Everything upgraded! Gorgeous! In and out you go and nearby everything to walk or such a short drive nearby!
We had a wonderful stay in Santa Fe, in part, thanks to the hospitality of our hosts. The casita was perfect for the two of us, convenient to so much, well-appointed with everything we needed for our first trip to Santa Fe. Very close to the downtown area and an easy walk to most everything you would need, market, dollar store (for those few forgotten items), eateries, etc. We did so much while we were there with a number of recommendations made by Michael, one of our hosts! He even made some suggestions for the next leg of our trip to ABQ, which were spot on! Couldn't have found a better place to stay; this is a great value and is highly recommended!
I had a wonderful time visiting in Santa Fe while staying at this beautiful casita. It was just perfect and really made my trip so relaxing. The casita is tastefully decorated and comfortable. I felt safe and secure while traveling alone. Thanks so much to Francis and Michael that made sure the casita had everything needed to feel at home. All I needed on arrival was a few groceries. I will defiantly plan to stay again on my next trip.
The Casita Charm is aptly named as it is indeed a charming little place. The location is only about a mile from downtown Santa Fe giving you great access. You’re even closer to the market.
The condo itself is tastefully decorated with a bamboo ceiling (or something like that) and wood floors. Functionally, everything is in working order; you’ll have hot water, fast internet and a comfy bed.
The kitchen has all the necessary items, plus a few items you wouldn’t expect, like a Keurig coffeemaker and some complimentary coffees and teas (there was on this visit anyway; I’m not sure if that’s always included).
The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we saved a considerable sum of money over the downtown hotels by staying in this charming casita.
The casita was perfect for the two of us. It was extremely comfortable, the bed and pillows were really wonderful. The unit was fresh and clean, both inside and out. The courtyard and garden are beautiful. The hi-speed internet didn't disappoint. The location is convenient to the Railyard District and easy walking distance to the Plaza. We enjoyed light breakfasts at Dulce and The Santa Fe Baking Company. Dinner at La Choza was delicious. We came to northern NM for the red chile and theirs is some of the best! The owners were friendly, responsive and did a wonderful job making us feel at home. Would definitely recommend the property to friends, in fact we already have!
Beautiful Casita in a quiet lush courtyard. Wonderfully appointed with all you would need, in an area with great shopping, food and easy access to the Historic Plaza Areas of Santa Fe. A great choice for active couples or singles who want to rest and go for day tripping or to simply take in all that is Santa Fe!
Great location with very short walk 0.1m to Backstreet Bistro, Dulce Bakery, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Santa Fe Baking, Margaritas at Maria's or La Choza. 1/3 mile walk to Railyard District- Rail Runner Station, Bars and Cafe's and 3/4 mile to Downtown Historic Plaza, Shopping, Spas and Museums and Renowned Restuarants.. Terrific Location!
