Sea Plaza, holiday apartment is a very spacious, beautiful, contemporary, duplex in the stunning Europlaza Complex - located right on the Bay of Gibraltar. This amazing, 2 storey apartment has stunning views across the Bay of Gibraltar towards Africa and Spain. Sit and watch the sunsets from the large balcony or the full height windows in the lounge - during the day watch as cruise ships visit or see yacht races, rowing teams and water skiers around the bay.

Perfect for holidays, weekend breaks, family reunions, wedding celebrations in Gibraltar.

The apartment is walking distance to all the sights of Gibraltar including The Rock, The Main Street (great for duty free shopping), Kings Bastion Leisure Centre, Ocean Shopping Village, The 100 Ton Gun, The Cruise Terminal (catch a ferry to Morocco for a day trip!), local beaches etc. Close to many great restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment boasts 4, double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - furnished in a contemporary style. There is an amazing double height lounge and dining room opening onto the balcony.

We do not accept groups of guests all of which are under the age of 25, Hen or Stag parties - sorry.

Gibraltar Entertainment: Kings Bastion Leisure Centre:

The King’s Bastion Leisure Centre offers an array of leisure activities such as the King’s Bowl & Bar (14 lane bowling & 4 lane junior bowling), the Rock Bastion Restaurant, the Amusement Arcade, an internet lounge, an ice rink with a 50 person capacity and 2 screen cinema. The Centre is open every day from 10am to 12 midnight (only closed Good Friday). The Centre is non-smoking and operates a Zero tolerance policy.

Entertainment:

There are no shortages of places to go out in the evening in Gibraltar. Whether dining out for a meal or simply a drink there is an abundant choice of places to go. The larger hotels all offer resident cocktail bars, offering comfortable and sophisticated surroundings for a quiet drink and some offer music. For a more informal evening, choose from a selection of lively cosmopolitan wine bars or traditional pubs. Later you may choose to dance into the small hours at one of Gibraltar’s nightclubs

Gibraltar Diving and Fishing: Diving:

Explore Gibraltar’s spectacular underwater world with more than 30 wrecks, reefs and pinnacles to choose from. Gibraltar offers excellent sport for beginners, experienced open water and wreck divers. There are three established diving schools that offer diving opportunities. All provide equipment, so all you need is a swimsuit and a towel to participate. However, if you prefer to use your own diving equipment, there is no restriction for bringing it into Gibraltar.

Fishing:

Well-equipped boats offer big game fishing for Bluefin Tuna, Broadbill Swordfish and various shark, according to season. The environmentally considerate can catch, tag and release. Gibraltar is a good catch for anglers due to the unique positioning of The Rock with the Atlantic merging into the Mediterranean via the Strait. There are good fighting fish to be had, like the Conger Eel, or tasty fish like the fourteen species of Bream.

Gibraltar Sights: Walking Tours:

This is an opportunity for you to go on a gentle and interesting walk. The tour starts at Casemates Square at the entrance to the Main Street in Gibraltar. Licensed tour guides will take you on a tour of the City Centre. The tour will take you back through time, discovering Gibraltar’s past and its history during the Moorish, Spanish and British periods and you will learn about the development of its people and its culture. The Tour takes about one hour to an hour and a half.

World War II Tunnels:

These tunnels were excavated during 1939-1944 by the Royal Engineers and a contingent of Canadian Engineers, and are an extension to The Great Siege Tunnels excavated during The Great Siege of 1779-83. The Rock is in fact honeycombed with a 32 mile-long network of tunnels. There are fascinating tours of these tunnels, which are conducted by a guide from H.M. Forces.

In our opinion one of the best duplex apartments in Gibraltar. Plenty of space, light, airy, high specification and absolutely stunning views.

Double height window / ceiling in the lounge; separate dining room; marble / tiled en-suites; wooden floors; separate bedroom wings: shutters; good size balcony; fully fitted kitchen ; excellent location close to all amenities. What more could we want.

FABULOUS

Absolutely fabulous apartment. Just returned after a long week end with some friends. What you see on the web site is very true. Thanks to Peter for "meeting and greeting". Patio would benefit from some new chairs as two were broken, this did not stop us taking in the views of ships and liners coming and going. Would highly recommend.

GREAT APARTMENT`

8 of us stayed here for 2 weeks and it was fantastic. Everything you want, enough bathrooms, large kitchen, lounge and dining rooms and definitely had the Wow factor when we first arrived. Also the View of the Rock, Spain and Africa wasn't that bad either!

STUNNING APART

We are frequent visitors to Gibraltar staying at the Hotels, The Rock, Caleta, and The Elliot O'callahans. As for this year after deciding to take the whole family of grown up children and Mother in her late 70's. I opted for the much cheaper price of the Sea Plaza with a bit of apprehension to be honest.
I can honestly say from start to finish this was the most enjoyable holiday we have had in Gib. Lauretta was so helpful on booking and payments always a swift answer via e-mail. Ruth was equally helpful even meeting us at the airport to make things easier for Travelling in a large group and picking up rental cars etc.
The Apartment, lets say, "The pictures just do not do it just justice" From entering, after getting over the wow factor, The cleaniness and the layout was just right.
My Mother was in the downstairs bedroom which she called her "Granny annex" with double doors allowing her some quiet time. The range of equipment in the Apartment catered for all ages from Playstation and ipod to just cards and board games. I would say alot of thought has gone into making peoples stay most enjoyable at sea plaza. The view from inside and out was alway changing and the boats ranging from kayaks to huge ocean vessels which you could just sit half a day watching them. Everything is within walking distanc,e Town centre, Ocean Village etc. Morrisons next door what more could you need really ? We would throughly recommend staying here to all ages and large groups. In fact, we will shortly be booking our second stay next year!

AWESOME APARTMENT

Myself and a group of male friends stayed in this apartment whilst visiting a friend based in Gibraltar, combined with a stag do for one of our group.

We initially looked at hotels in the area however these where working out at approximately £50.00 per person per night. Making this apartment excellent value for money at £200.00 per night for our group of 7.

The apartment itself is massive being located on both the 6th and 7th floors. Certainly more than ample space for 7 blokes what with its 4 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equiped which came in handy as one of our group fancies himself as a bit of a chef so cooked us a 'family' meal one evening.

Entertainment is taken care of with stereo equipment in the dining room. Big TV, PS3 and free view box in the living room. TVs and free view in all the bedrooms and wifi available in the apartment. So if you're looking for some day time, early evening entertainment before going out make sure you take DVDs/blurays, PS3 games and your phone loaded with music. Also being able to sit on the balcony with friends looking out over the water drinking a brandy listening to music, was an amazing way to end an evening after going to the bars and casino.

On our arrival we met with Ruth and her partner who manage the apartment. They run us through the ins and outs of the apartment, plus took the time to take an interest in us and what we had planned during our time in Gibraltar. We were also presented with a welcome basket of groceries, which contained the essentuals (tea, coffee, bread, milk, cereals etc etc) plus bottled water, beer and wine. Such a nice touch and really added to the experience.

The apartment is located next to Morrisons and McDonalds, is a short walk to the high street and square (shops, bars and restaurants) and a short taxi journey (£6.00 to £9.00 depending on the taxi driver) to the marina and casino (also walkable if you are that way inclined). Although it is close to these amenities you do not hear any noise from them in the apartment.

All in all I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone/group looking to stay in Gibraltar. The price coupled with the space and facilities make this apartment win hands down over a hotel. All of our group confirmed they would definitely look to use the apartment again if we went back to Gibraltar.

Most of the windows are full height allowing lots of sunlight to flood in. Most of the windows have external shutters. The apartment is accessible by lift to both floors - so is suitable for guests with mobility issues. The entrance to the apartment block is level or ramped.
