Newly constructed, modern, good sun, view of the castle, garden area with trees where you can read or relax, and children can play. The gym is equipped with various machine allowing cardiotraining for those who cannot miss workouts. The complete play areas have 2 pools: one indoor and heated all year round and one outdoor 10x20m, and a games room with snooker, billiards, TV with projector, table board games. All spaces are maintained and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances large and small, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens, cookware stove 6 burners, cutlery and towels for the number of people equal to the capacity of the house. Each room has a private bathroom and is furnished with double bed or 2 twin beds, 2 night stands, dresser with fridge, TV 70 channels, work desk with 2 chairs, large wall mirror, air conditioning, dryer and internet.

We are close to the ocean and lakes Melides and Santo André. Close points of interest are the Roman ruins at Miróbriga, Middle aged Castle, Badoca Park (African animals Park) Karting Tracks, bird and nature watching, horse riding, Surf School.

The property is situated in the valley of the hill, where the Castle stands, and is embedded in rural area very close to the city, or if you prefer the beach a little further.

Surrounded by green fields and small farms, we feel that this space is reserved and private, enabling the coexistence of family groups, friends or even business.

A short distance we have beaches and summer ponds (S.Torpes, Porto Côvo, SinesSanto André).

For those who like to go out at night, there are bars, discos, ice cream parlors.

This price is made to rent the house with all facilities and social areas occupying only 7 rooms (to make it accessible to smaller groups). Included are change of linen and weekly cleaning, maintenance of swimming pools.

When prompted, no commitment of renting the house, we accept reservations for bed and breakfast.

The property is located in a rural area, but about 3km distance from the town and the Miróbriga (historical Roman ruins). It´s a quiet place, however you can find thematical parks( Badoca -wild animals park) shops Museum, discos, pubs if you like.

It´s surrounded by farms in the bottom of a hill.In the other side, not so far we have beaches, lakes and

many attractives areas.

This property was Perfect for Our 40th birthday celebration! 22 Norwegians arrived Lisboa airport and was picked up in a bus. 1,5 hours later we arrived at this fabulous villa. Our wonderful world class hosts greeted us With prepared dinner, wines and beers.

EVERYTHING IS LIKE THE PICTURES - AWESOME AND VERY HI CLASS!
POOLS AND ROOMS ARE VERY NICE - 2 BIGGER ROOMS (SUITES) ARE SPECTACULAR (one With huge Jacuzzi). 2 POOLTABLES, BAR, PROJECTOR SCREEN AND STEREO. FANTASTIC KITCHEN....

You can choose the Level of involment from the owners (and their staff/friends). From: "here is the house - see you at departure"
To:" All inclusive"
We choose day 2,3 and 4 to leave breakfast and lunch in host and owner Manuela`s hands. She is very Nice and smiling and service minded. World class Food and no hazzel. Best Orange juice ever - freshly made from Oranges in the garden.
Manuelas husband and co-owner Manuel (!) is also very Nice. They drove us to the supermarket in 2 cars as we picked up a couple of hundred beers, some fifty cavas, a few cases of wine and Food for second Night`s barbeque. All With a smile and a helping hand. Even a guided tour of the area and restaurant booking they did for us! (Restaurant NOT recomended by the way)

I think this Place is very good for Group trips and corporate events. Also suitable for big families or families travelling togehter. Sleeping 30 People in 14 double rooms all With ensuite bathroom and fridge. Everything is clean and Nice. Prices for all services at the villa and in supermarkets are very good! We combined it With a night in LIsboa and had a Perfect trip!

The owners have a small house at the property but they leave you alone if thats what you want and provide service when needed. Just Perfect!!
