Living-dining room with german SAT-TV and sleeping couch, winter garden with 2 deliver beds, laundry with washmachine and dryer, air aconditioning warm/cold. Enjoy this uniquely situation directly near the passeo maritimo. The passeo maritimo invite to vast walkaways. 150 m to the disco scene, to shopping, restaurants and medical supply. About 800 and 1500 m to the 3 beaches Son Moll, Cala Gat and Cala Agulla, bus station and taxi point only 100 m. Ideal occupation 2 - 4 persons, 5 also possible.

Wir waren im April 2008 10 Tage zu zweit in dieser herrlichen Wohnung. Die Wohnung und die riesige Terrasse sind einfach Spitze.Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gepflegt und hat vor allen Dingen sehr gute Matratzen.
Diese Ferienwohnung ist noch besser als die Bilder und die Beschreibung aussagen.
Cala Ratjada ist immer eine Reise wert.
Vor allen Dingen in der Vor- und Nachsaison

Dieses Domizil ist so etwas von herrlich, diese riesige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen und auf die Plaza, einfach genial. Mit einer Frauenclique kann man sich nichts besseres vorstellen :-)

Diese Terrasse ist ein Traum

Wir waren zu zweit Anfang Mai 2008 in dieser schönen Wohnung mit seiner einzigartigen Terrasse.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Wir waren mitten im Geschehen direkt an der Uferpromenade, hatten trotzdem unsere Ruhe und waren schnell an einem der 3 Strände von Cala Ratjada.
So stelle ich mir Urlaub in einer privaten Ferienwohnung einfach vor. Alles Klasse.
Und dann diese Terrasse und der einzigartige Meerblick.
Mehr Meer geht nicht.
Nebenan im Noahs gebs immer sehr gutes Frügstück und im Porto Fino an der Hafenpromenade wurden wir abends kulinarisch verwöhnt. Abends empfehle ich das Casa Nova an der Hafenpromenade, die 35+ Kneipe in Cala Ratjada.
Wir kommen seit 12 Jahren nach Cala Ratjada, aber so schön haben wir noch nie gewohnt.
Wir kommen immer wieder!
