Photos and Description of the Tempelhof-Schoneberg vacation apartment rental My goal: Apartment in a green setting in Berlin

Our 'green-setting-apartment' is located in the south of Berlin. It is equipped for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms. Extra beds possible. The second bedroom has single beds and cable TV. The kitchen completely equipped with microwave, dishwasher and kettle. From the kitchen you can enter the porch and the garden. The living room (ca. 25 m²) has cable TV and a fireplace. There is a special price of 65 € for families with 2 children (up to 14 years). Good transportation connections, city train and underground train in close proximity. Bus stop reachable within 3 minutes. Good parking possibilities. Good shopping possibilities, bakery nearby. We are looking forward to your visit. Yours, the Meyer family.

Nearest Motorway: Rangsdorf at 18 Kilometres
It doesn't always have to be downtown. But Tempelhof/Mariendorf is not far from it. This is where the apartment in the green setting is located. In a three-family-house the apartment is located on the ground floor with an unspoilt view on the surrounding houses and the well-kept gardens. Good transport connections make it possible to leave to all directions very fast. To the Brandenburg Gate it takes you 20 minutes.

Notes: We are a small holiday apartment unit with 3 apartments on the same property. The house is located in a side street of the Mariendorfer-Damm (Mariendorf / Tempelhof), very quiet in a neighbourhood with many villas. Our guest can use the terrace and enjoy the quietness and the amenities of the garden. We like children. We are child-orientated. Come visit us and become one of our regular guests as well. Additional information: The apartment is located in a quiet side street in Berlin-Tempelhof, district Mariendorf. You sleep quietly but still have good transport connections to the city. By city train (S2 from Buckower Chaussee) you reach the inner city (Friedrichstraße) within 20 minutes without having to change. To the western inner city it is only 5 minutes by city train from Friedrichstraße. To reach the bus stop it will hardly take you 3 minutes. This is how you find us: At the interchange Rangsdorf (A 10) you leave the motorway and continue to drive on the B96 in direction Berlin- Tempelhof. Stay on the B96 until the crossing with a traffic light (crossing Säntisstr./Tauernallee), ca. 20 minutes. At this crossing, you turn back to the direction you came from and turn right on the first side street, 'Fluchthornweg“. Your destination is No 17. Arrived. We hope you have a nice time.

Wohltuend: Die nette Betreuung durch die Eigentümer vor Ort. Für uns (Eltern und 2 Teenies) war es das perfekte Domizil für 13 Tage aktiven Berlin-Urlaub. Gute Erholung im schönen Garten/Terrasse, sogar ein Freibad nah dabei. Die City mit Bus und U-Bahn noch gut erreichbar, aber auch guter Startpunkt für Umland-Ausflüge wie Brandenburg, da städt. Randlage im Süden Berlins. Geschäfte, Bäcker und Restaurants 5-15 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Die Kids waren vom eigenen TV in ihrem Zimmer begeistert. Gemütlicher Essplatz und Wintergarten, gute Betten, das Badezimmer edel renoviert. Dass die Küche "nur" einen 2-Platten-Herd bietet, störte uns nicht, da wir ohnehin viel unterwegs gegessen haben. Wir waren hochzufrieden!

Lage:
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Innenstadt ist aber dennoch mit Bus und U-Bahn recht schnell erreichbar (ca. 30 Minuten gesamt). Mit mehreren Personen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall die Gruppenkarte für ca. 16,- € am Tag.

Einrichtung:
Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter (aber sehr sauber), bietet aber alles was man benötigt (Spülmaschine ist auch vorhanden). Bei den Kindern ist der zweite Fernseher natürlich sehr gut angekommen.

Vermieter:
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Preis:
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Was war nicht ganz so gut:
Da in dem Haus noch Holzdielen vorhanden sind, knarrt es an der ein oder anderen Stelle schon ein wenig (insbesondere wenn die Mieter von oben das Treppenhaus runterkommen)
