Spacious Villa with large garden (2000 sq m) to 300 m from the beach of Santa Maria and 'Sea, the seaside resort town of Orosei. The house is on a hill, 1 km from the mouth of the Cedrino from which you can access the Marina di Orosei. Other beaches in the area going north, Fuile E 'Sea and 5 km Cala Juniper at about 9 km. Center of Orosei about 4 km. Prime Supermarket 4 km on the SS125 (Orientale Sarda). The house has excellent views of the Gulf of Orosei.

The house is located 300 m from the beach of Santa Maria with beautiful views of the Gulf of Orosei. Access to the Long Beach Marina to the north (Mouth of Cedrino) away from the house about 1 km. The beach Fuile E 'Ocean is about 5 miles north, Cala Liberotto is about 10 km. The distance from the center of the town of Orosei is about 4 km. The nearest supermarket is about 3 km on the eastern road (SS125).
