Pat's Perch was build by Pat McHenry- Owners' dad. He choose this spot because of its views.He use local materials to build the stone fire place and the cedar ceilings. The house features photos which highlight the Okanagan landscape. We feel it is important that vacationers not only experience the Okanagan recreation opportunites, the Okanagan fruit and wine, but also enjoy its rich local art.
We are athletes. This spot has been ideal for easy access to beautiful places for swimming, biking and running but also for golf, sailing and skiing in the winter. We have a private suite below the rental property which we use when we visit. We live in St.Albert, Alberta.
