Photos and Description of the Coves Noves vacation rental 2 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom Sleeps 4/6 Persons

Please note: Changeover date now Wednesday to enable clients to benefit from lower airfares. The apartment is located in Coves Noves with breathtaking views across to Addaia. It has front patio and rear balcony overlooking the pool. Both with sea views. They both have table and chairs and the rear patio has a 3 seat swing and a BBQ. The property benefits from satellite TV and DVD and has free view programmes available. The beautiful sandy beach of Arenal D'en Castell is one kilometre and there are tennis courts, restaurants close by. Son Parc Golf Course is only a ten minute drive. The property is generally cool in the summer months but we have fans for those times when the heat is excessive. We also provide two folding sunbeds for the pool area, which may also be taken to the beach.

Additional information about rental rates

  • In order to offer our clients a better service, we are changing our change over days to a Wednesday. This will enable you to benefit from much cheaper flights (as much as 50%), better availability and ease of travel.
    We are not adjusting our own prices so the total saving goes to you. We will consider other days.
  • A deposit of £100 is required to secure booking with the balance due six weeks prior to departure. Change over day is a Wednesday. All prices are for occupancy of 4 persons.
    A supplement of £50.00 per person per week in excess of four.
    Children under two free. Cot & Linen hire extra.
    This price includes a change of linen and a mid term clean for rentals of two weeks or more.
    Provisional reservations held only for one week pending receipt of deposit.
  • We recommend you take out insurance cover for the duration of your holiday.

We had a very enjoyable break at this apartment. The views were lovely and can only be appreciated by seeing it for yourself as the picture does not do it justice, these can be seen from the front patio, rear patio and the main bedroom. The living area is large and roomy with good facilities. It was a nice peacful area which helped to make it a relaxing holiday. The apartment is well stocked with the necessary things required for a self catering holiday. The apartment is in a good state but could do with some small improvements ie as discussed the ceiling fan and the drawers in the main bedroom need attention but this did not detract from our stay at a lovely apartment at a very reasonable price.
There are facilities near by, a small supermarket which is reasonable, a couple of restraunts, bar and childrens play area bouncy caslte etc. The area is quite hilly but it is good exercise a car would be useful but it is not essential. It takes about 15mins to walk to Arenal D'Castell where there are more bars and restaurants. The beach is slightly less of a walk but is well worth the trip, it is a long beach with shallow water great for kids with a few beach bars along the way. A good way of getting around the area is by the train 6 euros each return it picks up at the hotel near by and will take you around the area, you can get on and off at different locations for the day. I would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again.

We spent the first week in July 2009 at this lovely apartment. There was plenty of space for a family of four, with three different tables to eat at! The views were splendid,with four sets of patio doors there was air circulating through the main areas and the ceiling fans boosted this in the bedrooms. The apartment was clean and well equiped with the use of cool box, picnic mat and sun umbrella for trips out. The beach is probably the finest we visited in Menorca. To stay at this apartment you would definitely need a car. There are some steps up to the apartment and down to the pool. Although the apartment is on the level, the ground is split level so you have your own outdoor patio at one end with a first floor balcony at the other. We had a very restful holiday here in a beatiful part of Menorca. We had a lovely meal in Es Macaret about two miles away.

A Wonderful Two Weeks

We have just returned from a two week stay in this apartment. It was just as described. It was very clean and tidy. The pool was lovely and rarely busy. The views were really beautiful and amenities were close by. There is a local square with a supermarket and several bars / restaurants. Arenal D'En Castell is also within easy walking distance although the hills in the area are pretty hard work in the heat so we did hire a car which was a good idea for seeing the island too.

We would recommend this apartment.
