Very large 4 bedrooms property. Sleeps up to 9

Beautiful comfortable villa in a wonderful environment. 5 to 15 mins walk to many well orientated sandy beaches (one South orientated, exceptional on the North coast of Brittanny!). A few minutes walk to the old village centre: market place with cafe-bar, excellent patisserie, boulangeries, epicerie, poissonnerie, boucherie and many delicious restaurants around. 15 mins walk to a 58 ha beautiful golf course near the sea. Multitude of local seaside activities (sailing, kayak, yacht club, surfing, tennis, horse-riding, etc) and lots of places to visit. Almost daily nearby markets to go to and get fresh food, 2 in the village itself. Artistic village: art galleries, exhibitions and festivals. Wonderful Thalassotherapy Centre (10mins drive). Easy access from England to Saint-Malo ferry (15mins drive), and to Dinard airport (5 mins drive), and from Paris to Saint-Malo by high speed train TGV.

Between 5min and 15 mins walk to 5 lovely sandy beaches in Saint-Briac, one is south orientated (very exceptional in North Brittanny). Wonderful costal walks. A few mins from the village old centre, with old church, epicerie, boulangeries, patisserie, poissonnerie, and a coffee place with tables outside in the market place, etc... Many delicious restaurants in the village and near the beaches. 5 min drive to a 58 ha beautiful golf course near the sea. About 8 minutes drive to a wonderful thalassotherapy centre (sea water spa with health and beauty treatments and fitness centre). An excellent equestrian centre at about 10 min drive. Multitude of local seaside activities (sailing, kayak, windsurfing, tennis, etc...). Lots of local markets to go to and get fresh food. Beautiful places to visit. Fast direct access from England and Paris. Dinard/Pleurtuit airport at about 5 mins drive.

Other Activities: fishing, mini-golf, yatch club, etc...

Golf: Dinard Golf no more than a 5 minute drive away.

Thank you so much for this fabulous house, so well equiped and also particularly so well situated, which has allowed us to explore every delicious corner of this superb region. Merci beaucoup pour cette fabuleuse maison tres bien equipee et surtout tres bien placee qui nous a permis d'explorer les moindres recoins de cette superbe region. Les plages alentours sont merveilleuses, nous avons meme pu nous baigner... Nous recommandons la petite boulangerie a cote de l'eglise... Abiento, La Famille Remond Le Havre
