About maureen sullivan
A retired school teacher from the Tampa Bay area, Maureen Sullivan was a boat captain in early retirement, and now enjoys all the beautiful golf courses in the area.
Homosassa is her home, only a 40 minutes drive from the condo. Homosassa is one of Florida's treasures as an old fishing village and has it's own recreational features.

Why maureen sullivan chose Hudson
Close to major attractions, a good central location to airports and entertainment, first-class restaurants and shopping malls. Unlike the crowded beaches and roads, this area is just far enough north to avoid the hustle and bustle of Tampa and St. Petersburg. It is set back in from busy Hwy 19 with all of the restaurants and shopping centers in close proximity, and yet is very quiet and peaceful. This is a big plus.
What makes this condo unique
Gorgeous sunsets, close to beaches, quiet and very secure away from the rushes of the big cities.
