Outstanding Apartment #2 - Just as Described

Our family of four adults spent four nights over Christmas in the ad's Apartment #2. The property was just as described: top floor, clean, well-appointed, great neighborhood, lots of natural light, close to many attractions, the beach, the metro, parks, markets and lots of eating/drinking options.
We never met the owner, Carlos, but he was very helpful and responsive to our email questions. His comrade, Guillermo, who met us with keys and apartment details, was timely, energetic, friendly and very helpful in every respect. He really helped point us to great eating and tourist options in the neighborhood and around town. Both Carlos and Guillermo have much better English than we have Spanish, so they were able be hugely helpful in all regards.
I hope to stay in this property again and recommend it without reservation to visitors keen for a top floor apartment. This apartment, and the owner team's help, really made our Barcelona vacation a memorable and fantastic success.
