The comfortable, in a Mediterranean style equipped apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, as well as a bathroom. The location is central. The underground station is just in front of the house. In approx. 10 minutes, you can reach the center. The 'Seen-Land' (Lake Region) can be reached in 30 minutes, and in 1 hour you can reach the Alps. The location is quiet and central. Shopping facilities are available within a short walk. There is a leafy inner courtyard.

Freundliche, saubere Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (17 und 14 J.) für vier Tage in München.
- Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen -> freundlich und sauber.
- Optimale Lage -> die Straße selbst ist ruhig, man ist aber in 10 Min. auf
dem Marienplatz, und zu Fuß in 15 Min. am Olympiagelände.
- Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen gibt es in unmittelbarer
Nähe.
- Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Hausmeister.

Das Einzige was wir ein wenig vermissten, was eine "Lümmel-Couch" - aber dafür hatten wir ja 2 Schlafzimmer.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt !!!

Die FeWhg. ist sehr sauber, U-Bahn-Station in 5 Min. Fußweg-Entfernung. Nahe zur BMW-Welt (15 Min. Fußweg) und Olympiagelände.
Vermißt habe ich in der Wohung einen Toaster und einen Backofen (um z. B. eine Tiefkühl-Pizza zuzubereiten).
