About Matt Haggenmiller
We are a family that loves that outdoors, traveling and adventures. Since we just added one more baby to the mix, we decided that long flights would be out for awhile and quick trips up to Big Bear would be the way to go.
Matt Haggenmiller purchased this house in 2012
Why Matt Haggenmiller chose Big Bear Lake
After looking and looking for the perfect family vacation home in Big Bear, we finally found it! We chose this home because of its location in the Eagle Point neighborhood. It's close to the ski slopes which is a must for the winter - who wants to be stuck on Big Bear Blvd sitting in traffic? And it's close to the lake and park which is great for the summer. We deal with traffic enough in Los Angeles, so it's nice to be able to take back roads and ride bikes to our destinations. Getting to the grocery stores is also a snap!
What makes this house unique
We love that this house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It's just like how both of us grew up. The yard is almost a half-acre and wraps around the house. It's got a gentle slope so it's been great for the little kids to sled on in the winter.
