Our villa is located on a tranquil lot with lush plantings overlooking the 16th green of Seascapes award winning golf course. You can relax in the swing on the covered patio and watch the squirrels chase each other up the large trees just outside the villa. The 8 tennis courts and 1 of the 6 pools(this one is heated during the fall and winter) are just across from our unit. Destin's sugar white sand beaches and Emerald waters are just a short walk away. Seascape offers 2000 feet of private beach for your enjoyment. Along with the beachfront there are 2 restaurants on site, Cabana Cafe and The Whales Tail which is right on the beach. Seascape also offers an 18 hole golf course and 3 stocked fishing lakes for you to enjoy during your stay.
The entire villa has been newly decorated. The Master bedroom offers a King size bed, private bath and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and VCR. The Living Room has a Queen size sleeper sofa, 27inch TV, DVD player and Stereo system. The Kitchen is fully equipped and all linen is provided. All you need is a toothbrush, swimsuit and beach towel.
Seascape is a quiet and serene resort covered with Magnolia trees, Palms and Azaleas. It is a great place for children with lots of room to play outdoors. It is conveniently located to all the activities of Destin. Shopping is just 1 mile down the road at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall which offers over 100 Designer name stores.

* Security Deposit of $200 is required within 10 days of booking to hold week unless other arrangements have been made.
* Cancellation must be made at least 4 weeks in advance to receive deposit refund.
* Deposit will be refunded after Departure Inspection of the unit
* Weekly Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
* Check-in 4:00pm and Check-out 9:00am.
