Luxurious 1 BR near the Champs Elysees

This spacious, open apartment is located just 20 meters from the Avenue des Champs Elysées. It is on the 4th floor of a brand new building which is monitored around the clock by a security guard. The apartment is air conditioned and accessible by elevator. It consists of a large bedroom, bathroom, and living room equipped with a fold out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and a washer and dryer are inside the apartment. The professionally-selected decor is unique, modern, and ultra-hip.

The rent includes: long distance phone calls (free on landlines to most countries internationally), wireless internet, hot water and electricity 24/7, cable TV (including international channels), household linens/towels/soap/shampoo and necessary materials for the appliances.

For forms of payment, we accept traveler's cheques, cash and credit cards (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD). Please note that an additional fee applies to credit card transactions: (2,5% for VISA, and MASTERCARD, 3,5% for AMEX).

Why Paul, Meghan & Armandine chose 8th Arrondissement Champs Elysees

The owners are a couple not living in Paris, they bought this apartment at the end of 2009 to have a 'Pied à terre'. Looking for a quiet apartment near the Champs elysées in a very safe building, the choise was an evidence. The building has been recently renovated, just on the top of the famous LIDO, it has qualities not so easy to find in the 8th area.

Amazing apartment / building

This apartment was perfect. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated and a minute's walk to the Champs-elysees. It has everything you need, and is in a very safe building. I can't speak highly enough about how great it was. I hope to stay there again.

It was awesome, the location was amazing, about 50 m from the metro and super super clean. I could not find one hair anywhere and I looked! TV's were awesome, floor plan awesome, air conditioning. I would highly recommend the apartment due to the building was very secure, the door man very friendly and a great location to everything. I miss it :(. Small grocery store near by and we filled the fridge with goodies. Washing machine worked awesome, and the couches were super comfortable which with a bed inside I didn't think they would be but they were like down filled. The bed super comfortable, bath tub a little hard to get out of because it was so big but got use to it.
