A group of us stayed at this condo for a convention and it was perfect for our needs. The one room was perfect for the couple traveling with us and the two beds in the second bedroom gave us all enough space to not step all over each other. If staying for a convention and without a car I would recommend taking a taxi as it's not a comfortable walking distance, but that was only around $6.00 each way. It is not a tourist building and the other condos are occupied by permanent residents, so it's quieter than a hotel. Very peaceful. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.
I normally don’t send in “reviews” on places I stay, but this one needed an exception made.
The location was close to downtown Long Beach and all the restaurants and other sightseeing places there. For me, it was a quick hop over the Vincent Thomas Bridge to put me in the port area for business without having to deal with LA’s traffic jammed freeways.
My grandkids visited on the weekend and loved the rooftop pool. Quite the view of Long Beach from up there.
Neighborhood was a mixed neighborhood of older residences and condo complexes. This one had security for entrance both to the “front door” as well as parking garage which was great. Great parking spaces close to the elevators.
If you’re looking for an “ultra-modern” condo, this is not it. If you’re looking for something closer to what “home” feels like, stay here. Nicely appointed with everything you need to stay and not feel like you’re “traveling/staying in hotels”. Owners Glenn and Nicci were great to work with upon check in and followed up after my visit to see if everything was good.
One commenter referred to the lack of “central air conditioning”. I live in SW Colorado and we normally don’t need AC. But when we do, we drag out the portable air conditioners. They work great there and worked fine in this condo during my stay where it was 100 deg+ in LA.
Definitely will be back when I need somewhere to stay in the vicinity in the future.
We were in 5 from Italy, nice staying. Good WiFi and private parking.
Just a bit outside from the Center LA (one hour from the main LA destinations), so if you are planning to stay a lot of time il LA, maybe choose a closer rental.
Very quite condo, with a nice pool on the roof, and very close to the Long Beach Promenade (10 minutes walking). Car needed to reach 2nd St.

I wanted to provide feedback regarding our stay August 8-10. I must say that I was very disappointed. I get to see my Dad and Step Mom once or twice a year and we try to make it an enjoyable time.
With that being said, there were several issues we had with your property that I believe to be unacceptable. We discussed these issues with you in person as well as left a list.
Not having a functioning air conditioning unit in the living area made it almost unbearable during the day. It was extremely humid and hot. We had to move one of the portable units in to the living room just to have minimal comfort.
The other two portable units in the bedrooms had dirty filters. Fortunately my husband cleaned both filters which helped the units to run better/cooler.
The one thing that stands out in my mind as being completely unacceptable is not being able to close the master bedroom door due to the door strike being improperly installed or broken. How do you expect your guests to have privacy???
Having a bunch of leftover food from previous guest seems unsanitary; perhaps giving to the cleaner would be a nice way to not have it go to waste.
Lastly, I want to mention that leaving your property was quite inconvenient. My husband had to park out on the street, go through both gates in garage, go back to unit to drop off keys, and then proceed out through the front door. Perhaps you might consider providing a key to the front entrance or having a drop box.
I do not feel that we got a good value for the price
Nice condo. Loved the location which was close to sights and the highway. Just a short drive to Second Street which we loved. Clean and comfortable. Quiet and secure. Kitchen was well stocked. Glenn and Nicci were great hosts. Would we go back? Absolutely! Thank you for your hospitality.
No carpeting, clean and dust free. Convenient to restaurants. Not the best or prettiest neighborhood but highly secure; we felt completely safe. The kitchen was not "gourmet" but it was quite adequate. There were four of us and we had plenty of room. Wi-Fi was fast. On the weekend nights, the neighbors played loud music but stopped by about 1:00. We were expecting some noise so not a problem. We would go back and we would also recommend it for people traveling with children.
