Fantastic house in the mountains of Aucanada in Alcudia with views of Alcudia bay. The House consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms (one en suite), Lounge and diner with access to the furnished covered terrace overlooking the Pool. There is also a barbeque area with seating for eight people. Fully equipped kitchen and laundrette. This Property is approx. 200m from the beach and 700m to the Golf club. There is a direct access to the sea near the House by a staircase

Additional information about rental rates

  • To confirm the booking, the 50 % of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property. Booking payments can be made either by bank transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2 % supplement on card charge. Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2 % supplement) or traveller cheques. As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property.
  • Cancellation charges: If a cancellation is made more than 60 days before the arrival, we will refund half of the paid deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days before the arrival date are non-refundable.
  • The minimum rental period is one week. The property is booked from 14.00 p.m. on the day of arrival through to 10.00 a.m. on the departure day. This is necessary, in order to enable the cleaning and the preparation for next arrivals.

Wir waren hier mit 5 Personen für 10 Tage. 2 Personen waren Rennradfahrer, die Damen zum ausspannen und Wandern da. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, um uns weiter weg zu bewegen. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist wirklich phantastisch (aus dem oberen Stockwerk, aus dem Erdgeschoss sieht man nicht so viel, da jemand davorgebaut hat.) Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Küchenutensilien (wenn man selber kochen will.) könnten etwas moderner sein. Die Lage ist gut, man kann gut zu Fuß ans Meer runter oder in ca. 10 Minuten nach Puerto Alcudia zur Promenade gehen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Haus gut empfehlen. Der Pool ist schön, die Terrasse wunderbar. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Wahl. Sven-Arne, Hannover
