City centre 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 6 people

This second floor flat is in a traditional 200 year old building. Princes Street is so close you can see it from the living room and front bedroom. The Castle and Royal Mile is a 10 minute walk away.

The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms (the largest bedroom has a double bed and single bed), living room which overlooks the tree lined churchyard and beyond to Princes Street. This has a feature fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, sofa bed, dining table and piano. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer. The recently installed shower room has a large shower enclosure, wash hand basin and toilet.

We also have a very similar apartment available on the first floor of this building. This has a double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom (bath with shower over), kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has comfortable sofas, including a sofa bed, a feature fire place, large flat screen TV and DVD player.

GREAT LOCATION! GREAT APARTMENT!

The location was fantastic, and the apartment was great! We had 6 adults in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We had done some apartment rentals in other places and did not have the greatest luck, but this apartment was well represented in the photos and included all the things we needed. They even had some info on the local area and restaurant / grocery store locations, which was great! Fantastic place and would definitely recommend!!

IDEAL LOCATION

We had a lovely time during our stay to celebrate 2 of our groups 30th Birthdays. The property description was very accurate and did not disappoint. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment, utensils & basic food essentials, and the shower room was of a great standard-very clean. Both bedrooms were good sizes and the living room was perfect for 4 people to relax comfortably. The location is ideal as it's very close to the Castle, but also just 10-15 minute walk to all the best restaurants and shops the City has to offer. We would highly recommend this apartment to young couple as it was perfect for us!

BEAUTIFUL FLAT, GREAT LOCATION!

I stayed here with a colleague to attend an academic conference in Edinburgh, and we were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful apartment in a great part of town, just blocks from the castle and within walking distance of many of Edinburgh's best sights. The owner was cordial and punctual, and the apartment and linens were very clean and obviously well-kept. Also very close to grocery stores and pubs.

My only concern about the apartment was a tall, winding staircase that might be problematic for older people, or for families with very small children; the street could also be loud at times. Otherwise a perfect flat for exploring Edinburgh!

JUST WONDERFUL!

We had a lovely stress free time here. Owner very easy to contact, super helpful, and apartment clean, very well set up with everything you need. Great location, and lovely to be there on the weekend with the castle street markets just across the road to be able to get some fresh scones and enjoy them back at the apartment with great coffee in the coffee machine - a real perk. 3 couples stayed, and always felt there was ample room for us all to have enough space too. Highly recommend.

PERFECT FOR SIGHTSEEING EDINBURGH WITHOUT A CAR

Had 4 great days in Edinburgh.The apartement was just what we needed to visit and shop in the center of the city.Everything in the description was exact and we much appreciated the hairdryer and internet wifi connection.We recommend the Doric Tavern near to the train station to eat.The food was so good we went to eat there twice.The farmers market on the same road as the apartement on Saturday morning is a must.
