This townhouse is in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and just a block away from excellent restaurants and cafes, including my new favorite Fig Tree Cafe.
It's spacious and sunny with plenty of room within each of the three bedrooms and a great living area to make yourself at home, relax or be productive working.
I didn't make sure of the bike, kitchen or full amenities but enjoyed sitting up on the balcony to look at the view and watch the sunset.
Towels a plenty were provided and Richard was really communicative throughout in terms of arrangements.

I recently had to move from this home for work and decided that the location was so fantastic, that I wanted to spend the money and make this Home a charming and beautiful place to have a beach get-a-way. I meet people all the time that get a hotel room is a sparse area of San Diego and have always thought how much more you could get for you money if you booked a Vacation Rental near the beach!
The location to the beach is amazing as well as the neighborhood setting. It is a perfect blend of the beach lifestyle, quiet residential feel, and proximity to everything PB has to offer!
