Regitta Bargen purchased this house in 2013
This property is in a lovely residential area with a common pool, easily accessible..
The home is a rancher and beautifully equipped, not wanting for anything..beautiful views from the back desert garden...
My husband and I and our cocker spaniel spent two months in this lovely well appointed home. The location is ideal and has easy access to shopping and all the needed services. The home is well maintained and Jeanne and Reg are wonderful hosts, assuring you of a worry free visit. They live close by and are quick to respond to any problem. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The beds are great! I would whole heartedly agree with everything that Loretto said in her review. The streets are well lit and sidewalks make walking any time of the day or night very safe. I hope to come back sometime soon.
We (husband, me, Pomeranian) loved this spacious beautifully decorated house! It is very well-equipped with complete linens, kitchen and pantry supplies, and even has an extremely well-stocked library of magazines, hard-cover books, and local travel guides. The large walk-in shower in the master bathroom is great, also the walk-in closet. The golf-course view from the back yard is beautiful and relaxing. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet...no traffic or sirens, and perfect for walks. Jeanne, the super-efficient property manager even brought us a hummingbird feeder for the little guys and girls who were there right through Christmas and New Year's. She also provided a little Christmas tree and other decorations for our holiday season. Jeanne and her husband Reg are extremely helpful with information on local activities and services, and when the washing machine died, had a replacement brought in right away. Casa Grande is well-located between Phoenix and Tucson; we took our visitors to the Grand Canyon and Sedona on a (long) day trip, and to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum outside of Tucson another day. It is a short drive to excellent grocery stores, and only about 15 minutes to Dillard's and Target at the Promenade Mall along with the other big-box stores there. My husband enjoyed the central location as a starting point for motorcycle excursions to Florence, Gila Bend, Picacho Peak, as well as into Phoenix and Tucson. We stayed here for two months and would definitely recommend this home as a great place to get out of the cold weather!
We stayed at this pretty house during part of February and March. We really enjoyed the weather. It only rained one day, and that cleared up by noon and the sun came out again. We live in Wisconsin and it was a real treat to get away from the cold and snow.
My husband caught a cold on the plane on the way down, and then was nice enough to pass it on to me. Neither of us felt like going out that day, but Jeanne the care taker of the house went above and beyond to go to the drug store and get us some medicine. She's a very thoughtful person and we really appreciated what she did for us. If we had any problems, she was Johnny on the spot to take care of whatever it was.
This house is bright and airy and the kitchen is well equipped with everything a person would need. There is a golf course right behind the house and we walked almost every night to get some exercise. We really enjoyed the house and look forward to renting it again, when possible.
We loved our stay at this Casa Grande home. We chose this area because we did not want to be in all the big city traffic. We were about 45 minutes from Phoenix and 65 minutes from Tuscon, a great location for day trips.
This house was clean, nicely decorated and had a spacious nice open concept layout. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. It was a bonus to have the two bathrooms. The master bedroom even has a roomy walk in closet to help keep things organized. We had a dog and appreciated the fenced backyard overlooking the golf course.
Jeanne, the manager, was very friendly and easy to deal with. She was so helpful, suggesting places to dine out, things to see, and even directions on how to get there. She returned our full security deposit the last day of our stay.
Being from WI we greatly appreciated the beautiful warm weather and sunny skies during the month of Feb.
We would definitely rent this wonderful home again!
Loved our stay at this very lovely home with many deluxe features. Very roomy and stayed very cool during the day and evening. The community pool was almost like having our own private pool, as very few people seem to use it. It was approx. 2 blocks away, so, within walking distance. The rental agent, Jeanne Thatcher, was very helpful in suggesting places to go in the area and events to take in. We spent 2 weeks there in mid March until the end of March. The weather was great. Would definitely recommend vacationing at this unit.
This darling little garden-type home located on a golf course is perfect location! It's awesome western sunsets and privacy are a nice feature. It's close to most attractions...between Mexico and Sedona...not more than 3 hours or so from either at the farthest travel point. Neighbors were very friendly. It's fully furnished with just about anything you'd want. We will visit again!!!
Casa Mirage, is located very close to the Dave White Golf Course, which is a Public Course..The back of the house is right on the #5 TBox...lovely views for sure...We have a common pool which is available year round. Lots of biking, walking, etc. Public park very close, with lots of playgrounds for Grandchildren, and Pickleball . Old Town Casa Grande has many site to see, as well as Artists and Artisans displaying their wares..
